The en-suite bathrooms ensure privacy, and there's plenty of space for the whole family without feeling crowded. The entire villa is equipped with high-end facilities and features exquisite, tasteful decor. The expansive living room and lounge area are perfect for gatherings and relaxation, easily accommodating multi-person get-togethers. The concierge service is attentive and thoughtful, with prompt responses. Check-in and check-out are efficient and convenient, and the complimentary parking is a real bonus, showing great attention to detail. The place was impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a fantastic night's sleep.

Pros: The breathtaking views of Jinyun Mountain and the Jialing River are truly exceptional from this location. The hot spring facilities are also impressive, with a good variety of pools and a cleverly designed, intricate layout. Cons: The hotel's hardware facilities are quite outdated. For this price point, the hotel could definitely learn from the operational standards of top-tier brands. Furthermore, the breakfast selection is limited, and the toiletries in the room are of poor quality – these are areas with significant room for improvement. Large sections of wooden panels in the public areas are discolored or in disrepair. Overall: If you're looking for value for money, you might want to reconsider. However, if budget isn't an issue and you prioritize experiencing the beautiful scenery and hot springs, it's definitely worth a visit. Finally, the complimentary travel photoshoot provided by the hotel was a nice touch, and I'd like to commend the photographer, Zixuan, for her excellent service.

The room facing the road was spacious, and the water pressure was good, though I had to adjust the temperature for hotter water. The beef noodles for breakfast are an absolute must-try, they're incredible! Soaking in the hot springs during winter is the most comfortable. A big shout-out to Xiao Zhang at the front desk for her warm and enthusiastic service!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The room had a huge bathtub, perfect for soaking away the day's fatigue – a really thoughtful touch. The biggest surprise was the small built-in dryer, which is incredibly convenient for short trips. The room was spotless, the facilities were all in great working order, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling!

The room is super large and comfortable, and the outdoor environment is beautiful. When you are on a business trip, there are bound to be special circumstances. Special thanks to Xiao Wei and Xiao Qiao at the front desk for their convenience and understanding! It is worth staying here!

The hotel is located right in the center of town. However, be aware that guest rooms are only on the 3rd floor; the first and second floors are currently under construction. It is very noisy during the day if you plan on resting then, though nighttime is fine. Many surrounding buildings are also under renovation as the area is transitioning from old businesses to new ones. Note that the photos on Trip.com were likely taken several years ago. Breakfast is served as a set meal at a separate restaurant located just next door. ＞ That said, the service is excellent. During our stay, construction workers accidentally cut a cable that knocked out the heater for the entire building. After we complained, the receptionist worked tirelessly, coordinating with the workers to ensure the hot water was restored by 9 PM as promised. He also helped us arrange transport. Regarding location, it’s a short walk to the tourist center where buses depart for Wulong Karst Mountain. These buses leave once full, so there is no exact timetable, but they start around 8:30 AM. While the immediate vicinity of the hotel is a bit quiet, the newer buildings across from the tourist center offer plenty of dining options. 酒店位于市中心。但需要注意的是，客房仅设在三楼，一楼和二楼目前正在装修。如果你打算白天休息，环境会非常吵闹，不过晚上很安静。周边的许多建筑也因为区域的老旧更替正在翻新。另外要注意，Trip.com 上的照片应该是几年前拍的了。 早餐在隔壁的一家餐厅提供，是固定份量的套餐。 话虽如此，酒店的服务还是非常出色的。我们入住期间，装修工人不小心切断了电缆，导致全楼停暖。我们投诉后，前台接待员非常尽职，跑前跑后协调工人们维修，并按承诺在晚上 9 点前恢复了热水。他还热心地帮我们安排了交通。 关于地理位置，从酒店步行一小会儿就能到达游客中心，那里有发往**武隆喀斯特旅游区（天生三桥/天坑）**的巴士。巴士人满即发，没有固定的时间表，大约早上 8:30 开始发车。虽然酒店周围相对比较冷清，但游客中心对面的新楼里有很多餐饮选择。

The room was exceptionally good, with all the facilities well-appointed. Our private hot spring bath was incredibly comfortable, and the bed was just perfect—neither too soft nor too hard. The room was also very smart, featuring a central control system with Xiao Du (a smart assistant) and a smart toilet. We had a wonderful night's rest. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Definitely not recommended on WARM DAYS because the hotel will turn off AC completely. I stayed at this hotel from 5/8 to 5/11, In-room HVAC only worked on daytime when outdoor temperature reached about 30 degrees, in room temperature was cooling down and comfortable enough. However, the hotel shut down AC system at night because outdoor temperature is not hot enough, that leading to in room temperature went back to 27 degrees, I got totally sleepless. Understood the hotel tried to save money on electricity, but AC system is the one of basic amenity systems and should not shut down the mostly of the days. Moldy grout, moldy caulking are all around the shower, the picture attached. Non adjustable shower head with fixed holder need upgraded. That shows lack of the maintenance for rooms. Room attendant provided great service she could and made me feel comfortable and welcome. All failures are belonging the management related to budget control.

Located right by the Hot Spring Attraction. Also very close to many restaurants. I like the rustic, wooden adornishments and the old vibe. I wish they made the tea kit more advanced, with a dedicated tea kettle. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would stay here again.
