The hotel location is excellent, right above a shopping mall. Transportation is super convenient as you can access the subway directly from the mall downstairs. The room facilities are complete and the view is also good. My only minor complaint is that there was a recurring faint noise in the master bedroom of room 3906 at night, possibly from the air conditioning, which slightly affected my sleep. Our room on the 34th floor was really comfortable, and my kids loved the Ultraman theme. The two-bedroom layout was cozy. They even helped us add an extra bed, and the staff were all so welcoming, especially the bellhop who was fantastic. On the second floor, there's a gym, a kids' playroom, and a swimming pool. When we went to Chaotianmen Dock, the hotel even arranged a ride for us, which was incredibly helpful. It's super convenient for getting anywhere. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit!

This is the third time I stayed at this hotel. The first 2 times were with my friends when I stayed at a normal 2 bedroom. This time round, I stayed in a suite, it was very spacious with all the amenities. Staffs were friendly. The main reason why I stayed here whenever I come to Chongqing is because this is by far the best hotel in my opinion after comparing the price point and overall experience. Probably even exceed the one I previously stayed in Shanghai (Grand Hyatt). The hotel is also connected to a shopping mall that has many stores and restaurants. It also has a dedicated lobby and is linked to Chongqing MRT too
