Outstanding service. The staffs are kind and helpful. They provide us everything we need in a breeze. The place is always clean.. Very accessible location. perfect.... Worth every cents...👌 I will always choose to stay here whenever I'm in tacloban.

Ang Ganda, meron silang Kitchen, with sala separated sa Room. Good for long stay. Makakapag luto ka when u stay here. Sooo sulit.

Nice clean room. Quite large. Only downfall was the lift was under maintenance, but that was the only inconvenience. Oh, and a 4pm check in. That was rough as I had a baby and was forced to sit in the mall for 4 hours . Don't understand that check in time. Otherwise I actually liked the room and would use the hotel again if the need arises.

대체로 무난했지만 거실에어콘이 없어 더웠고 방에는 창문형이라 밤새 소음때문에 숙면에 방해받음. 그외에는 딱히 장단점없이 평이함. 굳이 가성비를 말한다면 좋다고는 할수없음

The area is nice because it is accessible to everything. The room is not new but even so I slept comfortably and I was able to sleep well. The place is not noisy so it is nice. What I also liked is that it is right infront to a carinderia and bbq grill so I don't have to look far for lunch and dinner. If I travel again, I want to book with them again.👍

Very accommodating staff, kind, understanding, safe and peaceful place very convenient sa mall. Maraming Salamat po sa inyo Mam Pam and sa Owner. God Bless!
