Great! Because my car had a problem with google navigation, I took it to a small mountain road. At night, because of the tension and there were trees on one side, the glass on the right front was broken! The front desk helped contact the car rental company and described my situation in Portuguese! Since I had local insurance, the rental company arranged for a trailer to handle it and arranged for a taxi to take us to Porto airport to change!

It was a pleasant experience. We loved the hotel; it's not new, but the facilities are good, the pool area is very pleasant, and the view is simply breathtaking. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast was included, and it was quite good. We ended up having dinner both days during our stay, and it was a pleasant experience. It's worth checking out and returning.

The Hotel reached the expectations it had, as I already knew the development and maintain the quality of service and facilities. Regarding the price, the value presented by Trip was extremely competitive in relation to the other agencies for the same service conditions, and even in relation to the price that would be charged by the Hotel itself in a direct booking (which I cannot understand...). The breakfast provided was of excellent quality and quantity. The service was excellent, with all employees in service at the hotel in these 2 days of friendliness and efficiency far above average. However, I was a little disappointed that the Trip agency had not yet sent me an Invoice for the amount paid. The only certainty that I have that the payment was made, was given to me by the Hotel receptionist who told me that the rooms were paid for, but that he could not issue me an Invoice as the payment had been made to the Agency - which is natural !). In this situation, the lack of an Invoice was very unpleasant because I booked and paid for 3 rooms (for us and 2 other couples friends) and until now I don't have any proof of payment to ”do the math” with them.

We loved our stay here. The hotel was right in the heart of the village. An older style boutique property with legitimate old world charm. If you are planning to visit this area, I would not hesitate to recommend this property!
