Facilities: Small but charming, with a fantastic retro vibe. Though compact, it has everything you need. It's clean and comfortable, with views of the road leading up to Victoria Peak. The 38th-floor terrace overlooks Victoria Peak – perfect for sunbathing or admiring the Victoria Harbour sea view 👍 Service: The staff were very friendly and helpful 👍 I was lucky to snag a great deal, so it was excellent value for money. Lots of international tourists stay here. I'll definitely be back!

Just here for two days. The morning after i arrived The water didn't work. The staff claimed we had been notified by letter, but i had arrived late The night before and no one told me of any water issue. The bathroom is too small. I was moved to a new room, but the next morning the toilet began leaking. The repair man had to be called, which Took 90 minutes. The repairman called the maid, who came late and cleaned bitterly, as if it was my fault. I admit the location is great, Near a bank, restaurants and the Metro. The hotel itself is the problem. The staff were decent all things considered

Aside from its decent location, being close to Central and Victoria Peak with a partial sea view, this hotel has absolutely nothing else going for it. The room is tiny, and the facilities feel like they're from the 80s. The bed is laughably small, and there's no space to open even a 20-inch suitcase – I had to put it in the bathtub! The service was also terrible. I informed the hotel in advance to send two extra duvets, and I requested them three more times upon arrival. Each time I was told they would be delivered, but they never were, and no explanation was given. It felt like they completely disregarded the customer! Ctrip's four-diamond rating is extremely misleading; the hotel's facilities and service feel two tiers below even a basic budget hotel in China! I highly recommend avoiding this place!

I specifically noted my requests when booking, expecting them to be accommodated. However, upon check-in, the room was incredibly dirty and messy. It felt like I was given a leftover room; the bedsheets were wrinkled and visibly stained. The room's location was terrible – I requested a high floor, and since their rooms start from the 16th floor, I assume I got a low one. The window seal was poor, letting in a lot of street noise. I contacted the front desk immediately after discovering these issues, but the staff member on the phone was extremely rude. I even had to go down to the 5th floor (where their front desk is located) to get a new key card. We saw two-day one-night deals on promotional platforms like Douyin for unbelievably low prices, but we paid around 3000 yuan for our two-day one-night stay. The poor environment, small room, and mediocre service were truly mind-boggling!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Hong Kong, especially the beautiful harbour view; it was even better than I expected. The room was small, including the bathroom, but the space was thoughtfully designed and well managed. Everything listed during booking was provided, and the room was cleaned every day, which I truly appreciated. One thing to note is that toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it’s best to bring your own. However, essentials like toilet paper, shampoo, and other amenities were available. The breakfast was a buffet with a good variety of options, and it was satisfying overall. A small challenge was the elevator situation. The hotel has around 36 floors but only three elevators, so they were often very busy. You need to plan extra time, especially during peak hours, as waiting can take longer than expected. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, the stay turned out to be much better than I imagined. The cleanliness, comfort, and stunning view made it a special experience, and I would happily stay there again.

The hotel room was tiny, barely enough space to move around, especially the bathroom. I'd hit the wall just by turning slightly while showering. The disposable slippers were paper-thin, and there was no toothbrush or toothpaste provided. The charging outlets were different from what we have back home, so remember to bring a universal adapter, otherwise you won't be able to charge your devices. The breakfast buffet had very limited options, but the small apples were surprisingly crisp and sweet. On the bright side, the restaurant itself was clean and tidy.

The pros are that even though the room is tiny, it's clean, tidy, and quite cozy. It has all the essentials like a fridge, safe, and hairdryer. The location is excellent, just a 3-5 minute walk to the MTR station and tram stop, and 15 minutes on foot to the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the luggage storage area is spacious. The security staff are friendly and helpful, and the soundproofing is decent. The city view from the window is also quite nice. The cons are that the room is genuinely too small, especially the toilet area which is a tight squeeze, and the furniture is quite old.

This was the worst hotel experience I've had in Hong Kong. The only positive was the good price when I booked it, otherwise, I can't find any upsides. It's incredibly small; I had to open my suitcase on the windowsill. The lamps were covered in dust, the room was dim with unstable lighting, and the decor was straight out of the 80s. The duvet was so thin I had to sleep in my jacket. I was lucky it was winter, otherwise, the noisy air conditioning would have driven me crazy.
