Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View

Just here for two days. The morning after i arrived The water didn't work. The staff claimed we had been notified by letter, but i had arrived late The night before and no one told me of any water issue. The bathroom is too small. I was moved to a new room, but the next morning the toilet began leaking. The repair man had to be called, which Took 90 minutes. The repairman called the maid, who came late and cleaned bitterly, as if it was my fault. I admit the location is great, Near a bank,restaurants and the Metro. The hotel itself is the problem. The staff were decent all things considered

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Hong Kong, especially the beautiful harbour view; it was even better than I expected. The room was small, including the bathroom, but the space was thoughtfully designed and well managed. Everything listed during booking was provided, and the room was cleaned every day, which I truly appreciated. One thing to note is that toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it’s best to bring your own. However, essentials like toilet paper, shampoo, and other amenities were available. The breakfast was a buffet with a good variety of options, and it was satisfying overall. A small challenge was the elevator situation. The hotel has around 36 floors but only three elevators, so they were often very busy. You need to plan extra time, especially during peak hours, as waiting can take longer than expected. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, the stay turned out to be much better than I imagined. The cleanliness, comfort, and stunning view made it a special experience, and I would happily stay there again.
