Very clean, and the service was excellent! The breakfast was also fantastic. I especially loved that the bathroom, shower, and toilet were all separate and private – that's a huge plus! The location is great too, just a few minutes walk from the subway station. They even provided drinks, snacks, tea, and coffee in the room, which was a really nice touch. Seriously good, very good! This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Shenyang.

We arrived on the fourth day of the ***** New Year. We left Beijing after lunch, and the drive was smooth with no traffic, as the Jingha Expressway renovations were finally complete. We stopped for some BBQ in Jinzhou in the evening and reached Shenyang by night. The hotel's location is super convenient; it's just a 10-minute walk from Shenyang Railway Station, and there's a subway station downstairs. Taiyuan Street Pedestrian Street is right next door. We could have walked to the large Yonglihui bathhouse in about 10 minutes (but we skipped it, fearing it would be too crowded, and went to a smaller one nearby instead). A taxi to Xita took just over 10 minutes. So, getting around was a breeze! The hotel has an underground parking lot, though the spaces were a bit narrow. Parking was free during our stay. While the room decor felt a bit dated, all the facilities were in good working order. No issues with damage, strange smells, or leaks. The hot water was plentiful and the showerhead worked perfectly, making everything comfortable to use. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Oh, and there's a convenience store right across the street with reasonably priced items. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.

The bedding and mattress are quite comfortable, perfect for families or extended stays. 3. **Excellent Hallway Soundproofing:** Even when people are passing by or talking in the hallway, the soundproofing in the room is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. 4. **Reliable Security:** The security measures are effective; you need a key card to access the elevators, which gives great peace of mind, especially at night. 5. **Varied Breakfast with Plenty of Western Options:** The Western breakfast items (like bread, eggs, bacon, etc.) are of good quality and meet basic needs. There's also a decent selection of Chinese dishes. Cons (Needs Significant Improvement): 1. **Lack of Enthusiasm from Restaurant Staff:** The servers were slow to respond and lacked proactive service. Their attitude was cold, which falls short of the service standards expected from the Hilton brand. 2. **Serious and Disappointing Room Cleanliness Issues:** * **Uncleaned Wardrobe Stains:** Upon checking in at night, even with dim lighting, we could clearly see large, uncleaned dragon fruit stains in the wardrobe. The color residue was obvious, suggesting a superficial cleaning job. * **Trash Left on Windowsill:** There were potato chip crumbs from a previous guest left on the windowsill, along with noticeable dust accumulation. The attention to detail in cleaning was completely lacking.

This brand-new hotel is fantastic! The rooms are well-equipped, and the premium mattress made for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel staff provided excellent service. The hot water shower has smart temperature control and great water pressure. Breakfast was varied and the environment was pleasant. The location is super convenient for getting around, and Wanda Plaza is within walking distance. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Our stay was perfect, from the visuals to the overall experience. But what truly impressed us the most was the incredibly thoughtful service, especially the front desk agent, Amanda, and the doorman/bellman at the entrance – they deserve special commendation! 🌟 Amanda from the front desk: Professional, gentle, and incredibly meticulous. During check-in, Amanda was all smiles, her attitude both warm and professional, making us feel welcome the moment we walked in. She was patient and efficient, proactively verifying our information and quickly processing the check-in. She meticulously explained our room benefits, hotel facilities (pool, gym, breakfast times), and even offered suggestions for nearby attractions. Her explanations were clear and very considerate. Thoughtful and thorough: After learning about our needs, she proactively helped us upgrade our room, which showed incredible attention to detail. Gentle and patient: Throughout our interaction, her tone was gentle, and she answered all our questions without any hint of perfunctoriness. Her professionalism and approachability were top-notch, making our check-in feel like a special ceremony. 🌟 Doorman/Bellman: Enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable. The doorman/bellman service at the entrance was equally impeccable. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of luxury and warmth. Proactive and enthusiastic: As soon as our car pulled up, he immediately came forward with a smile, opened the car door, and helped us with our luggage. He was swift and meticulous, handling everything with care. Humble and polite: He maintained a warm and courteous demeanor throughout, proactively assisting with our spontaneous requests without any hint of neglect. His service awareness was exceptional. I came to Dandong specifically for the BBQ, and it definitely lived up to the hype – it had a great, lively atmosphere. I chose the best hotel in Dandong for my stay, and it was conveniently located not far from the BBQ restaurants, just a minimum taxi fare away. The hotel's service, cleanliness, and facilities were all excellent. The absolute best part was not having to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries; the front desk arranged for a robot to bring them directly to my room – that was truly amazing!

For my trip to Shenyang, I chose the InnPark Hotel, and my overall stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The location, environment, and service were all excellent, offering great value for money. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's not far from the city center, and both taxis and the subway are very convenient. It's only about a 7-8 minute walk to Laobei City and also very close to the Bayi Morning Market, so there's no need to opt for hotel breakfast. The hotel features a minimalist and modern decor style – clean, sophisticated, and understated. The lobby is bright and tidy, with a pleasant, subtle fragrance. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were gentle and patient when I asked for directions or stored my luggage; the process was seamless. The room size was just right, not cramped at all. It was exceptionally clean throughout, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right firmness, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation. The only minor downsides were the low water pressure and that the water temperature was a bit tricky to adjust due to the very sensitive control knob. On the plus side, the toiletries were complete. I would definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Shenyang.

Hilton Garden Inn and DoubleTree Hotel are in the same building. The hotel facilities are very good. It is worth mentioning that the service staff are of high quality. They helped us upgrade the room type for free, and the room was a little bigger. Dinner was eaten in the restaurant on the second floor. The ingredients were very fresh, the dishes were served quickly, the portions were large, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was also a buffet on the second floor and it was also very rich. Facilities: Robots deliver takeout, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, there is a small refrigerator, and it is very clean overall.

I arrived at the hotel about an hour before check-in and asked the front desk if early check-in would be possible, as I planned to leave my luggage and go sightseeing. At that time, a staff member named Leo Liu warmly welcomed me and assisted me in fluent Korean and English. Thanks to him, the check-in process was very smooth, and he even upgraded my room. I was very happy to stay in such a wonderful room during my trip. He also kindly offered complimentary breakfast, which I truly enjoyed. In addition, he explained nearby sightseeing spots in detail using a map, which was very helpful for my trip. Leo Liu was extremely kind, attentive, and proactive in understanding what guests need. His thoughtful service made my stay in Dalian truly enjoyable and memorable. If I visit Dalian again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Rainbow Tower Night Market and LaoSiji restaurant. It's also quite convenient from the airport – you just exit Terminal 2 and cross the road. The shower pressure was good, and the staff were very friendly. The window view was of the back parking lot, so the small window wasn't an issue. However, the bathroom area was very cramped, and the shower stall was tiny. The drain made loud noises intermittently at night. On the first night, the door wouldn't close properly; I only found out the next day from the staff that you had to really push it hard. Overall, it doesn't look like a hotel that was renovated in 2024; it's not very well-maintained. Minibar: I only realized after checking out that the minibar was complimentary on the first day, but this wasn't mentioned during check-in.
