Facilities: All OK, relatively smart. Environment: Newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Service: Overall, it's quite good, but there are some gaps in the management process. I had booked a high-speed rail ticket back to Shenyang, so I went downstairs to check out early. While waiting in line, both reception desks were busy with guests, including wedding inquiries and group check-ins. Even though there were staff available, they didn't approach to ask if anyone needed anything. Since I had to rush to the station to check out, I had to hand over my belongings to the delivery guy who had pre-ordered them. The hotel receptionist told me I couldn't keep them at the front desk and told me to wait at the hotel. After repeated requests, I asked another colleague, who directly told me they could keep them. I left my contact information and asked to staple them to my pocket in case I took the wrong item. The receptionist told me they didn't have a stapler. The check-out service was completely resistant to customer requests. I don't know what was going on, and I was in a hurry to leave, which was really frustrating.

Hotel has a good location if you have any flights and also nearly has a shopping mall. Every half hours provide a transfer to airport. Clean rooms, good breakfast, Will stay again for next trip.

Jackie was very attentive and responsible. The room arranged for us was perfect – non-smoking and facing the sun. It was excellent. The room had a desk, which was very convenient for the kids to read. I'm especially grateful for the help with printing the kids' test papers; the service was truly superb. The robot delivery for our late-night takeout was super convenient. There's a piano in the lobby, and I never expected my child could practice piano even while traveling. It exceeded my expectations and was totally worth it!

Hilton Garden Inn and DoubleTree Hotel are in the same building. The hotel facilities are very good. It is worth mentioning that the service staff are of high quality. They helped us upgrade the room type for free, and the room was a little bigger. Dinner was eaten in the restaurant on the second floor. The ingredients were very fresh, the dishes were served quickly, the portions were large, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was also a buffet on the second floor and it was also very rich. Facilities: Robots deliver takeout, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, there is a small refrigerator, and it is very clean overall.

She proactively contacted me before check-in to understand my needs in detail and arranged a high-floor city view room for me in advance, which had an amazing view. The check-in process was efficient and friendly; she patiently answered all my questions and thoughtfully recommended local Shenyang delicacies and sightseeing routes, making me, a first-time visitor, feel incredibly welcome. Throughout my stay, Alisa constantly checked in on my experience, proactively bringing welcome fruits and comforting tea. When a minor issue arose, she coordinated a quick and excellent resolution immediately. Her service was attentive yet unobtrusive; every detail showed her dedication. From check-in to check-out, I felt respected and cared for the entire time. The hotel boasts an excellent location, complete facilities, and clean, comfortable rooms, but Alisa's service was truly the biggest highlight. She exemplified Hilton's hospitality with her professionalism and sincerity, making my trip to Shenyang exceptionally pleasant. 1. The front desk upgraded my room for free. 2. The environment and hygiene were both good; I was quite satisfied. 3. The bathtub was big enough and filled up quickly, which was great for a relaxing soak after a day of hiking. 4. In the hot summer, the mini-fridge should really come with some cold drinks; just mineral water isn't thoughtful enough. 5. The faucet in the room was loose. 6. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, affecting my sleep. 7. The toiletries were of poor quality. Overall, it was still pretty good. The service was a bit stiff, and some of the facilities and amenities should be upgraded, otherwise, they don't quite match the hotel's caliber.

Lisa, the guest relations manager, handled my check-in incredibly fast. Her attitude was gentle and professional, patiently answering all my questions about local transportation and hotel facilities. She even thoughtfully reminded me about breakfast times and elevator locations and even proactively thought about invoicing for me. She frequently checked in during my stay, which was very heartwarming! The room was spacious and bright, with a simple and clean decor and no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable; after a day of business travel, lying down instantly relieved my fatigue, and I slept exceptionally well. All the room facilities were excellent; the high-speed internet was very stable, and I had no issues handling work documents or video conferences. The desk was spacious and tidy, making it very convenient for working. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the toiletries were of good quality! The hotel hallways were quiet and clean, with no noisy disturbances. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, including both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh, and the food was delicious, satisfying various tastes. Starting the day with a good meal was incredibly energizing. The hotel's location is also excellent, with convenient transportation nearby and close proximity to where I needed to conduct business. It was very easy to get around. There are also plenty of surrounding supermarkets and restaurants, meeting all my daily needs. The check-out process was also very smooth, with no delays whatsoever. Lisa bid me a warm farewell; the service was attentive throughout. For someone who frequently travels for business, this hotel is truly hassle-free. The environment, service, and facilities are all impeccable. The next time I'm on a business trip here, this will definitely be my first choice!

The location is excellent, and the service attitude is great. Several restaurants I wanted to try were nearby, and all the tourist attractions were not far away. The off-season price was also fantastic. I highly recommend their fried dough stick filled with egg. I randomly ordered it for breakfast on the first day, and it was absolutely amazing (exaggerating a bit, but seriously good)! Even though the hotel provided breakfast, I stayed for 3 days and ate it for 3 days... For BBQ, go to Sister Yan's, and remember to call ahead for a reservation.

Outstanding hotel for the price ! Really great stay there, it’s really chill, big and clean. The service is very nice, staff is friendly and we can see in the details they put a lot of efforts to please the client. For example the changing room for the swimming pool has a wide locker with already a towel and slippers waiting for you inside. The gym has lemon tea and water fountain available at several area. The swimming pool is great, there is also a sauna. And special mention for the gym that is outstanding ! It basically has the same equipments as a small professional gym ! If you are like me and you don’t want to compromise to much on your gym plan during the vacations, this hotel is perfect ! I will upload many photos of it so you can check by yourself all that is available gym friends !

Angel's service was incredibly attentive. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. Overall, it was very clean. This hotel is highly recommended.
