Great Stay for Business Travelers
Hotel is a large, well-equipped hotel that’s perfect for a work trip. The rooftop restaurant offers a nice atmosphere and good food, and the pool is definitely a standout — a great place to unwind. The gym is adequate for a quick workout during a busy business day.
The location near the city of Bakhnin is convenient if you’re there for work, with easy access to nearby areas. Overall, a solid stay for business travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Liam Man HokI really enjoyed my stay at Amira in Bac Ninh City. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was a big plus — there’s a nice coffee and pastry shop just across the street, perfect for a quick breakfast or afternoon treat. There’s also a great local restaurant on the same street where I tried bún chả — highly recommended! Overall, a great spot to stay if you're visiting Bac Ninh.

The hotel is cost-effective, the rooms and public areas are clean, and the front desk staff can communicate in Chinese. There is Chinese food in the hotel, and you can also communicate in Chinese. The room size is suitable and there is a washing machine in the room, which is convenient for multi-day stays.

Guest UserThe bedding was incredibly comfortable: the mattress was just the right firmness, neither too soft nor too soft, and it fit my back perfectly. The sheets and duvet cover were made of a fluffy, soft material that felt clean and odorless. Even the pillows came in different heights; I chose the low pillow, which provided excellent support. All the fatigue from my journey vanished in a single night's sleep, and I almost missed my plans the next day because I slept so soundly.
The hygiene was impeccable: As someone with obsessive-compulsive disorder, cleanliness is my top priority, and this place completely put my mind at ease. The room floor and tabletops were spotless, and even the crevices of the bedside tables were dust-free. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise; the mirror was spotless, the tile grout was sparkling clean, the shower door was sparkling clear, and the toilet seat even had a slightly cool, disinfected feel. Every corner was meticulously maintained.
The environment was warm and quiet: the lobby was spacious and bright, decorated with many green plants, and there was a faint fragrance in the air. Stepping inside immediately relieved my travel fatigue. The room has excellent natural light; the afternoon sunlight streaming in is very soothing. The soundproofing is also superb; with the door closed, you can't hear any noise from the hallway or outside, making it especially comfortable to rest at night.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was characterized by high standards of cleanliness, a well-appointed interior, and exceptionally professional service. The room was spacious, the linens were crisp, and the central location made it an ideal choice for my trip. However, there was one persistent issue that significantly marred an otherwise perfect experience: the auditory disturbance emanating from the ventilation system during the night.
While the rest of the room was a sanctuary of comfort, the exhaust vent above the sleeping area began to emit a series of disruptive noises as soon as the building settled into the quiet of the late hours. The most prominent sound was a constant, rhythmic trickling—much like water rushing through pipes or a leaky faucet—which echoed through the ductwork. This was accompanied by intermittent mechanical clanking and a low-frequency hum that seemed to vibrate through the ceiling.
In the silence of the night, these sounds were amplified, making it incredibly difficult to achieve a state of deep, restful sleep. For a traveler, the primary function of a hotel room is to provide a quiet environment for recovery, and unfortunately, this ”pipe music” created a sense of restlessness. It was frustrating because every other element of the room—from the ambient lighting to the ergonomic mattress—was designed for relaxation.
I truly appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff and the immaculate condition of the facilities. However, I believe the hotel management should investigate the plumbing or HVAC insulation near the exhaust ports. A simple fix, such as adding soundproofing material or securing loose valves, would transform this room from a ”good” stay into a ”perfect” one. Until then, the persistent sound of running water remains the only shadow over a highly commendable stay.

Overall, the experience was very good; parking was convenient, and there was a bathtub and breakfast. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which was great. However, the window glass in room 703 had cracks that hadn't been replaced, and the kettle plug was loose with obvious burn marks. I suggest addressing these issues promptly to prevent safety hazards! (Forgot to take photos)
