By far the best non-chain hotel in Vietnam I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel and the room are new and clean. Loads of free bottles of water were available in the room and the lobby. The favorable price included a breakfast buffet that offered a lot.
Overall, my stay at the hotel was characterized by high standards of cleanliness, a well-appointed interior, and exceptionally professional service. The room was spacious, the linens were crisp, and the central location made it an ideal choice for my trip. However, there was one persistent issue that significantly marred an otherwise perfect experience: the auditory disturbance emanating from the ventilation system during the night.
While the rest of the room was a sanctuary of comfort, the exhaust vent above the sleeping area began to emit a series of disruptive noises as soon as the building settled into the quiet of the late hours. The most prominent sound was a constant, rhythmic trickling—much like water rushing through pipes or a leaky faucet—which echoed through the ductwork. This was accompanied by intermittent mechanical clanking and a low-frequency hum that seemed to vibrate through the ceiling.
In the silence of the night, these sounds were amplified, making it incredibly difficult to achieve a state of deep, restful sleep. For a traveler, the primary function of a hotel room is to provide a quiet environment for recovery, and unfortunately, this ”pipe music” created a sense of restlessness. It was frustrating because every other element of the room—from the ambient lighting to the ergonomic mattress—was designed for relaxation.
I truly appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff and the immaculate condition of the facilities. However, I believe the hotel management should investigate the plumbing or HVAC insulation near the exhaust ports. A simple fix, such as adding soundproofing material or securing loose valves, would transform this room from a ”good” stay into a ”perfect” one. Until then, the persistent sound of running water remains the only shadow over a highly commendable stay.
This hotel is located in a bustling downtown area.
I had pleasant stay, rooms are very neat and clean.
Staff very supportive, special thanks to Ms Hao.
Breakfast is having good options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
Very good, rich and varied breakfast. Beautiful and pleasant environment, and quiet.
The service staff can speak simple Chinese, which makes communication easy. Dinner is also very good, with good color, aroma and taste.
I had a very pleasant stay at Amira Hotel Bac Ninh, and I would like to especially thank Anna for her excellent service and warm hospitality.
From check-in to check-out, Anna was attentive, responsive, and always ready to assist. She ensured everything was well arranged and followed up proactively to make sure my stay was comfortable. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference.
It is always reassuring to stay at a hotel where the team genuinely cares about the guest experience. Thank you, Anna, for your outstanding support. I look forward to staying at Amira again.

Stylish and Spacious – Great for Business Stays
This is a brilliant hotel with unique architecture that really sets it apart. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is conveniently close to the city, making it ideal for business travelers.
The only downside is the lack of a gym, which would have been a great addition. Still, the overall experience, design, and comfort make it a solid choice for a work-related stay.
I must give the Hampton Inn Beining a perfect score! The entire check-in and check-out process was smooth, the service was attentive and meticulous, the room was clean and odor-free, it's a new hotel with brand-new facilities and equipment, I had a comfortable stay and slept well. Conveniently located nearby, and with overall high quality, it's a trustworthy and reliable hotel!
The stay experience was great. Newly opened, no taste, the hotel design is simple and stylish, everywhere with care; the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft, the sound insulation effect is good, and the night is good. The front desk is warm and professional, the response is timely, and the service is just right. Convenient location, quiet and elegant overall, completely the texture of a boutique hotel, very recommended.

GGuest UserGreat Stay for Business Travelers
Hotel is a large, well-equipped hotel that’s perfect for a work trip. The rooftop restaurant offers a nice atmosphere and good food, and the pool is definitely a standout — a great place to unwind. The gym is adequate for a quick workout during a busy business day.
The location near the city of Bakhnin is convenient if you’re there for work, with easy access to nearby areas. Overall, a solid stay for business travelers looking for comfort and convenience.
AAnonymous UserThe front desk of the hotel has Chinese service, which is very helpful. Then I learned that the boss is Chinese. You can communicate and consult with him. This is of great help for business stays. You can quickly learn local information, which is the most useful place to stay.

GGuest UserOverall, the experience was very good; parking was convenient, and there was a bathtub and breakfast. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which was great. However, the window glass in room 703 had cracks that hadn't been replaced, and the kettle plug was loose with obvious burn marks. I suggest addressing these issues promptly to prevent safety hazards! (Forgot to take photos)
