This boutique hotel surprised me; it was the best hotel I stayed at in Spain. Located very close to the old town center, it's a converted monastery with a simple yet cozy interior. The bedding was nice, the bathroom was large, and there was plenty of drinking water. I had a very comfortable stay, and it was definitely worth the price of just over a thousand euros. If I had to nitpick, it would be that check-in is only available after 3 PM, and one of the front desk staff was very unfriendly.

After explicitly asking for a wedding bed, they delivered a room with twin beds. The breakfast was OK, 2.6 it wasn't bad, but it wasn't good or excellent either (something you expect from a 4* hotel) although it had variety. Despite not having eaten at the hotel restaurant, the experience was not the best. After my wife and I sat down at the table (affordably priced and expected to be a hotel restaurant) the waitress took 3 dishes to the other tables. as the 3 dishes returned to the kitchen. After seeing the constant mistakes made by the kitchen, I didn't have the courage or confidence to order anything from the menu.
As for the Spa: a very high price for a 1H:15M tour. Better to include it in the hotel night package. Apart from the price, the conditions and condition of the space were fine, only the Turkish bath must have had some kind of fault, because the temperature was quite lower than it should have been (around 47ºC). Would you come back? Yes, I think it wasn't the best time due to the receptions and graduation events that were at the hotel, imagine that the workers were trying their best to try to please everyone who was staying or spending time with their family. Furthermore, it is in a quiet place and just a few minutes from Salamanca. Next to the Hotel there is a park close to the Tormes River, which unfortunately due to the bad weather we were unable to enjoy.

The hotel is very comfortable and has a nice hotel with a nice and comfortable room and a wide range of services. The restaurant has 3 options: the gastrobar, more informal; the restaurant at the letter, with a perfect service or the restaurant Converso, the author's kitchen that has proved to be an unforgettable experience.

We were only one night in this hotel. Our first room on the 3rd floor had only two festivities to one side that could only be opened in fractions. This led to a warming of about 27 degrees in the room. The air conditioning was off, also on demand. The room was offered in the 2nd floor, with four windows on different sides and a beautiful room.
Therefore, it was good to air.
No surcharge!!

The Parador is a top-level hotel structure with excellent location.
But as you have nothing more than check-in staff, you miss a few baggage cars, given the distances to the existing rooms.
The existence of a computer point with at least two internet-connected computers that can cover the work or communication incidents that any guest may have is missed.
The coffee shop has a lot to improve in the fastness of the dishes, temperature and execution. sandwiches with a right content come cold and with half-toast bread.
It is easy to solve.
And you have to put up to date a high-size and sound quality TV, most of the times the cafe is filled coincides with the retransmission of a sporting event and you can no longer see on a TV like the current.
It is not acceptable that a bar bill cannot be paid using the different customer cards with the fractioned amounts they decide. It is a shared payment facility that is already common practice in any establishment.

all good. They let us check in at 11am. I cannot rate the facilities and breakfast since we did not use them. Good location, we were able to park nearby without a problem on a Saturday morning.

Eunice Moreno GallegoAlthough it is far from the center, it has a bus stop right in front that runs every 15' and only costs €1. The hotel has free parking, which you rarely find. The decoration is beautiful and the cleaning is very good.
