Guest UserOur go-to hotel in Lisbon. It's well-located (near Campolide and Sete Rios), the front office staff are excellent, the restaurant is very pleasant, and the beds are super comfortable, both in the suites and standard rooms. This is where our son learned to walk in 2024, and where we'll always return whenever we're in Lisbon.

Guest UserWe were originally scheduled to fly home on the same morning as our son, but on different flights. Around 5 AM that day, we found out our son's flight was canceled, while ours was still on schedule, leaving us with very little time. Our son wanted to stay an extra day at this hotel to use their gym (we had stayed there for a night two days prior). In my haste to book, I accidentally put my husband's name instead of my son's as the guest. We quickly checked on it after our flight landed, and thankfully, our son successfully checked in. So grateful! 😊 The Uber ride from the hotel to the airport was only CAD$6.

Guest UserThe room overlooked the sea, and the view was absolutely stunning. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the service was superb. The staff even offered us welcome champagne when we checked in, which was a lovely and warm gesture.

Dill ChenThe hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance.
Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock.
Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant.
Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared.
Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened.
Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

Although I received the news that the Sintra scenic spot was closed due to weather relations the day before, the hotel was booked, and it was still set off from Lisbon according to the original plan. Because the original order to Sintra to go directly to the first Pena Palace, but the night before the announcement was closed before the afternoon, I had to walk to the hotel first. (The hotel is in the downtown area of Sintra, about 1k from the train station, but the scenery along the road is good, walking is very ok) I want to say that I will at least put a luggage first. But I didn't expect to check in around 12pm, and the hotel let me enter the room early!
It's great not to take shelter from the rain for2-3 hours outside now! !
So I have been brushing the news comfortably in the room, and finally opened the scenic spot in the afternoon. When the rain stopped, I rushed to the Pena Palace!
The next day the weather finally cleared, and it was easy to walk directly to the Regalera Palace.
And the name of the room I lived in was the same as my English name, and it was too honorable! Worthy of being a five-star hotel!
The hotel was built in 1764 and is very historical, but it is well maintained everywhere, will not have a sense of oldness, and it is very comfortable to live in.
Breakfast can be picked up except bread, toast, pastries, juice, milk, water, etc., the rest are made now, a lot of excitement, the waiter still maintains a very friendly attitude, help me to have a whole table of meals, although I eat very full, But I still have the responsibility to eat all the meals, the taste is also very good!
What surprised me even more was that the jam with bread turned out to be directly for the mini jar, and it was self-pick, really big.
The point is that the special price is super close to the people, and there is no need to carry blood with the poaching.
It's just that the weather in the Portuguese mountains in winter is really not good, and you need to be mentally prepared. But if it is really miserable to go to the scenic spot, I can't go there at all. I think it's worth it to stay here for one night. Really recommend 🥰🥰

Yvan LNAmazing hotel in the very center of Lisbon. Location is right in the middle of the Bairro Alto. Hotel is walking distance to vista points on the old town, trams and many restaurants nearby. Rooftop restaurant and bar is highly recommended for breakfast or to have a glass at sunset watching colors changing on the roofs of the old town. Unforgettable.

During our three-night stay in Lisbon, one of our family members suddenly developed acute gastroenteritis in the evening around 8 p.m. We called the front desk, and a staff member immediately came to our room and helped us identify the most suitable hospital.
After we decided where to go, we went down to the lobby to take a taxi. To our surprise, the front desk manager Andre personally came to us and asked if we needed him to accompany us to the hospital. We were deeply touched and gladly accepted his kind offer.
Because of communication issues between our insurance company and the hospital, we had to switch to another hospital. Throughout the process, the manager patiently coordinated with the hospital and ensured we were safely transferred and properly received. He stayed with us until we were registered and had an appointment with the emergency doctor before returning to the hotel.
We are truly grateful to all the hotel staff—the front desk team, restaurant staff, and even the tour guide—for their exceptional care and support. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Lisbon.

Guest UserThe hotel is in a very convenient downtown location, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so you'll never run out of places to go. The lobby has a unique and stylish design. It would be even better if there was a swimming pool.

I have been visited Lisbon for three times, stayed in three different hotels each trips. Neya hotel is the best one in terms of best services/cost. The room is super clean and quiet, the breakfast provides multiple choices of food. The hotel reception with 24 hours service with multiple languages, English, French, and all etc., Everything is excellent !
