Ambience: good ambience, peaceful, seems an expensive hotel.
Check in check out: slow process. Does not take into consideration the time of the client. Call the front desk a head of time before checking out to hasten. The receptionist is not welcoming, not courteous.
Rooms: exceptional! The view at 1210 was superb! All amenities were working. Clean room. The shower gel was watered down. The wifi was very slow almost unserviceable.
Food: The only thing that pulls the hotel down. Food was mediocre; kept repeating the menu, taste like carinderia. Nothing special. They keep on providing processed food in the menu, ice bucket was not sturdy enough, they cant provide tongs. Condiments not available readily. It seems that they are cost cutting.
Staff: said earlier guest are not very courteous.
Overall: will go back for sure but we hope there will be improvements.

We had a very pleasant stay at Fili Hotel NuStar Cebu. The location is convenient, close to shopping areas, restaurants, and city attractions. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, with good amenities for a relaxing stay. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, though it could be slightly improved in quality. Overall, it’s a very comfortable and convenient hotel, and we would recommend it for both short and longer stays in Cebu.

The hotel was great! The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious – I especially loved the sweet cured pork. The staff were very friendly too. The location is super convenient, right in the city center with a mall just across the street! The price was really reasonable, I even got a fantastic deal booking only 5 days in advance! Overall, I'd definitely recommend it. My only minor complaint is that the shower pressure was a bit low.

Radisson Blu Cebu made a strong impression on us from the moment we arrived. The reception team was genuinely welcoming and efficient—one of those check-ins that immediately sets the tone for a smooth, comfortable stay.
Breakfast was a daily highlight. There were plenty of delicious options to choose from, so everyone in the family could find something they loved. The omelette station deserves special mention: the chef was not only friendly and fast, but truly outstanding—hands down the best omelette experience I’ve had at any hotel. It sounds like a small detail, but it made mornings feel a little more special.
We also tried the lunch and dinner buffets, and they were spectacular. The selection was generous, the presentation was inviting, and everything we tasted felt thoughtfully prepared. It’s the kind of buffet that actually feels like part of the vacation rather than just a convenient meal.
What really stood out overall was how well the hotel works for both individuals and families. The atmosphere is relaxed and polished without being stiff, and our family enjoyed every bit of our time there. It felt easy to settle in, unwind, and just enjoy being together.
Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. The hotel is right next to SM Cebu City Mall—literally just across the road—which was incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and last-minute needs. We also found it easy to get to other major malls like Ayala Center Cebu and Robinsons Galleria, so getting around for errands or leisure was never a hassle.
All in all, Radisson Blu Cebu delivered on service, food, comfort, and convenience. I’d highly recommend it—especially for families looking for a reliable, enjoyable stay in Cebu.

Just a heads-up, make sure to double-check when booking the Bay Hotel, there are two of them. The location is pretty good, with a 7-Eleven right across the street and money exchange nearby. There were a lot of Japanese and Korean travelers in the hotel, and I saw many young kids, probably on study tours. My only question is, both rooms I was given were corner rooms. I'm not sure if it was due to room availability or if they assigned them because I'm Chinese.

Thank you, Holiday Inn Cebu.
My family and I had a great time staying there for a few days.
Lovely was truly lovely—it really suited her name. She was the most accommodating from the very start. We wanted to thank her again during check-out, but unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to see her. She went above and beyond in hospitality, and you’re lucky to have her. Keep up the great work.
As for breakfast—OMG, we loved it! Special mention to the one who makes the coffee. Just a small note: it would be nice to improve or change the chafing dishes so the food stays hot. Other than that, the food and service were great.
I will definitely choose this hotel from now on, as we always stay in the city for a few days before heading to our rest house.
See you again soon, and thank you for the birthday cake and balloons!

Comfortable beds, lovely 2 bedroom apartment.
The pool is beautiful.
There is a swim up bar, but no one is there.
There is a bar onsite, but it’s not really “open”. It isn’t staffed, I had to call to get someone to come up, and I don’t think there’s drinks actually there, as Yvette had to go downstairs to get my beers.
She was lovely though, she chatted to me while I had a beer.
The room has tea and coffee, toothbrush/paste set.
We were the only guests there, so it was very quiet. It’s a massive, cool hotel.
Overall a great stay!
This is one of the best hotels in the area, and the breakfast is pretty good too. However, the value for money isn't great. It's very close to the city center, but honestly, there aren't many other options around. They initially put me in a room with no view, facing a wall, but after some strong words, they finally moved me to a different room on the second day.
Very nice, spacious, and clean room. Complimentary minibar and small snacks on the first day. Beautiful view from the 15th floor, and the food at Uma restaurant was delicious with great service and not too expensive.

Good hotel. we had the misfortune of staying on the same floor with a group of Chinese tourists, they staeted shouting at 7 in the morning in the corridor. The staff intervened promptly. Breakfast is decent forea few days trip, the bacon seems cooked in batches and reheated when needed, so it's too dry and not how it should be. The swimming pool is decent, you get sunshine between 10 am and 2 pm, then there is the shades of the building.

AAnonymous UserThe staff are very helpful. Despite the brown out all through out the hotel, they never stopped assisting us with our needs.
WWangxiatian117The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby, including Jollibee, a famous Filipino fried chicken chain. It's also super handy that the meeting point for island hopping tours is right next to the McDonald's next door. The airport isn't too far either. The hotel's airport transfer service was great; the driver was really friendly and we chatted the whole way. Ewwan at the front desk provided exceptional service, being very patient and even helping me register my SIM card on the first day. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast starts at 6 AM, but on days when I had an early island hopping trip, I could get breakfast at the restaurant as early as 5:30 AM, which is a huge plus! The hotel shares a compound with Henann Resort Alona Beach, right next to each other. When I moved from one to the other, the reception even gave me a shuttle ride, which was fantastic.
GGuest UserThis hotel is exceptionally clean, and the lobby offers a fantastic view. The rooms are also spacious and spotless. All the facilities are well-equipped and versatile, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. It's an excellent choice for a hotel in Cebu at this price point. While the private beach sand isn't the softest and the location is a bit remote with limited restaurants within walking distance, the hotel itself offers a wide variety of dining options.
GGuest UserI'm leaving this review in the hopes that it will be helpful to those traveling to Bohol.
1. Location: Since it's far from Alona Beach, I had to pay an additional 300 pesos one way for the free massage pickup and drop-off.
2. Facilities: The room was very comfortable and bright, perfect for putting on makeup. The mattress and bedding were nice, and the single beds came with two pillows, which was very comfortable.
3. Pool: The water was clean and regularly maintained, so it was great for swimming. At other resorts, I've never been in the water.
4. Meals: Breakfast was included, which was simple but filling and delicious. It was also nice to be able to order other meals whenever I wanted, which was also delicious.
5. Service: The staff were all friendly, and since it's not a busy area, they provided hotel pickup and drop-off for nearby areas and called tuk-tuks for further places. Grab wasn't available.
6. Overall: This is a resort I'd stay at again when I want a quiet and relaxing stay, but the distance from the city center was a bit inconvenient. This resort is great for water activities. I went shopping at ICM for 400 pesos one way, but I like to wander around nearby, so I moved to Alona Beach and had some fun.
Because it's surrounded by mountains, there were so many mosquitoes that I think I killed about 10 a day. Ask for an electric mosquito coil to minimize the damage.
This is a resort I highly recommend, but the biggest drawback is the mosquitoes.

GGuest UserBreakfast was great. The location is excellent, close to everything, and easy to find. My only minor issues were the lack of in-room slippers and no toiletries provided. However, they made up for it by offering unlimited drinking water conveniently located just outside the room.
NNastja DoNUSTAR Hotel is a must-stay in Cebu! It's a very stylish place. The hotel perfectly blends elegance with a modern vibe, ideal for those who value comfort. Here, you feel both at the heart of the action and in seclusion. The rooms are spacious and meticulously designed; I particularly loved the bathtub. And for food lovers, it's a true paradise—Mott 32 is beyond all praise. Definitely a top choice for Cebu!
MMeihuizzzzThe entire resort consists of 1-2 story buildings, giving it a real vacation vibe away from the bustling city. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. You do have to be patient with the slower service, like dishes being served, which is common in the Philippines, but then again, we were there to enjoy a 'slow-paced life.' If you want your room cleaned quickly, you'll need to call the front desk specifically, otherwise, it typically won't be done until after 3 PM.
GGuest UserThe food was delicious and fairly priced. The staff were very accommodating—they even allowed us to extend our checkout until 12 NN instead of 11 AM, which we really appreciated.
The only downside was the aquapark pool, which had a noticeable amount of floating moss coming from the inflatables.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at Solea. We will definitely come back during the lean season to enjoy the facilities even more.
