This hotel boasts a highly convenient location in Lower Manhattan. It's just a few minutes' walk to the ferry terminal, and a pleasant 3-minute stroll along the river will bring you to the iconic Brooklyn Bridge. A subway station, providing R and W lines with direct access to Queens and Brooklyn, is situated right across the street. Wall Street is also just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, featuring a very comfortable bed. The bathroom facilities and towels were spotless. A heads-up: guests should bring their own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The front desk is on the second floor, where you'll find a refreshment area with a microwave; drinks are available for purchase. Luggage storage is conveniently located on the ground floor, which also houses a Western-style restaurant and an adjacent bar. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and comes highly recommended.

Location is a bit far from main metro but that can be compensated with Lyft ride which is just abt $6usd to the metro...we chose here given the rate of stay is so much lower than in Manhatten. Room wise is very decent and clean. Amenities were lacking ie toothbrush / paste and bathroom slippers which will be a plus point if provided. The hotel is next to some Industrial building and there's sensors within the room to monitor Carbon Monoxide which. Personally stay here only if u are on budget and wana balance ur your long stay in NYC. There's no eateries nearby and nearest are small shops which need about 10mins walking. The good thing is hotel does provide snacks / hot n iced water at lobby and for breakfast time - they provide free pastries, fruits and coffee / tea.

The breakfast was good. There was a lot of selection. Location was near the Flushing Meadows and near the US open. Very easy to walk to. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

The room was small but clean. You didn't need to bring your own toothbrush or toothpaste. Although it's close to Times Square, it wasn't noisy and was very quiet. The comforter was a bit thin, and the shower water wasn't very warm. The room also had a kettle for boiling water, which is quite rare; many American hotels don't offer kettles. There's a Target and a Chinese restaurant within a 200-meter walk. The breakfast buffet included fried chicken sausage, bacon, potatoes, and pancakes. Drinks included coffee, milk, and tea. Desserts included watermelon and honeydew melon.

Location of the hotel was good. Very close to Times Square, grand central station and bus stands. Hotel was easy to check in and check out. Everything is available close to the hotel . Lots of places to eat too. There is a market in the hotel where u can take anything worth 15$ . Hotel room was big and nice .

I booked a single room with shared bathroom. Tiny room to be expected. The WC and shower were just steps away so it is not that inconvenient. Clean. But I wish they would have a sink in the toilet to wash hands before we step out of the toilet. Shower area a little small for tall and big people. Nothing fancy about the hotel but I do like the outdoor garden. Quite nice. Location is great. There are many eateries within walking distance. And there is a park just opposite the hotel. An oasis with waterfall and all. Staff at counter was not very friendly at all. I asked about my Amazon delivery and they said they were dismissive.

I would like to compliment Ms. Mariam Ibrahim for her outstanding and courteous service during my check-in at the New York Marriott Downtown. From the very first moment, her warm and cheerful personality made me feel right at home. She kindly suggested an upgrade to the 38th floor with access to the Executive Lounge at a very reasonable charge—a memorable experience for my family, as we had never stayed so high before. The view from the room was truly breathtaking, and even from the lounge we could see the Statue of Liberty, which made our stay even more special. Ms. Mariam’s professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude reflect the true spirit of hospitality. She is definitely well-suited as a frontliner, and her service made our stay an unforgettable one.

The room was clean, but the building was old. Due to unexpected early flight changes, I needed to talk to the front desk to reschedule the shuttle request, but no one was available at the front desk for about 40 minutes to an hour. At 4 AM, I had to physically go to the front entrance to wait for the shuttle driver to inform him of the change.. Price was reasonable comparing other hotels in town.

Overall it's OK, but it really doesn't meet the five-star standard. It's relatively old, the location is good, the service is generally OK, but it doesn't meet the five-star standard. I stayed for 9 days, and the housekeeping sometimes knocked on the door at 9 or 10 in the morning. Fortunately, I was awake. I had to check out today. The housekeeping knocked on the door at 9 o'clock, but I was still asleep. Then I hung a sign at the door saying ”Do Not Disturb”. They knocked on the door again and asked what time to check out, but I had already told the front desk about the delayed check-out. I feel that their links are flawed. Some staff feel that they are enthusiastic and enthusiastic about their work, and they will answer questions in a timely manner, but some do feel that their attitude is casual. The lobby is well decorated, and the rooms are average.

AC is whole night noisy, very uncomfortable, move out next day morning to change my hotel. Good location near to time square and a lot of other attractions.
