My recent stay at the Pullman Hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is pretty decent, though it’s clear that it has been in operation for many years. Some parts of the room showed signs of wear and tear. That said, the room was comfortable and functional, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service from the staff. They were incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. It’s worth noting that the hotel is currently undergoing maintenance, so future visitors should expect some noise during the daytime (8 AM–5 PM). While this was slightly noticeable, it didn’t significantly disrupt my stay, as the work was confined to reasonable hours. Overall, I am happy with my time at the Pullman Hotel. The combination of comfortable accommodations, outstanding service, and the promise of upcoming renovations leaves me optimistic about the hotel’s future. I have no doubt that once the renovations are complete, the Pullman will shine even brighter and continue to provide an excellent experience for its guests. I would gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and welcoming stay. Place is good for families stay n business as well. Hotel have gym n swimming pool n beside mall which make great 1 stop for evrything you need. Room : have kitchen cabinet filled with items you can cook, heat light meals and have it in the rooms, wit flat table. Bathroom : shower n Toilet size minimum if you dont mind the space. They have split it with mirror n utensils section before entering toilet/shower..

I really love this resort 😍 everything is superb. The room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfy. Foods are delicious. Pool is big but a bit cloudy. My favourite part is the view. View is insane 😍 i got seaview and mountain view. I really love it !

The check in process was smoothly done as it was not a peak season on fasting month. We enjoyed our stay even though it rained a bit. Room size is really spacious for the pool side standard two queen room at 43m2. The view around the hill top suites with Mt Santubong at the back drop was wonderful. The breakfast was okay with some western and continental spread, including Sarawak Laksa. I'm glad the chocolate muffin was not sweet at all, perfect for my kids and myself :)

However, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the buffet breakfast. I noticed that the current selection of breakfast items is somewhat limited. Adding more variety to the menu would greatly enhance the dining experience for guests. Perhaps including more options such as a wider range of fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and local delicacies could cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences.
