The location is great and the bed and pillow were evidently top-notch. However, the room's size fell into the average category, and while the minimalist finishes were luxurious, some finer details could use refinement. The TV's performance was commendable, yet the compactness of the room might have posed a challenge. Unfortunately, the morning noise from housekeeping and limited parking were setbacks. Moreover, the slow checkout process, coupled with the less-than-ideal air conditioning, added to the mixed experience. Despite these drawbacks, my overall stay was deemed great, would rate Sheraton Hotel Kuching a solid 4 out of 5 stars.
