"The hotel's location is great, right next to a park, and you can enjoy the view across the river while having breakfast. The bed was large and the room was spacious. There was a slight odor when I first entered the room, possibly from the riverside sewer, but my nose is quite sensitive. After lighting an air freshener, it was generally fine. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. The hotel breakfast was also good and quite extensive, and the lobby offered dinner options, which was convenient. The front desk staff were very polite."

"Wonderful experience staying in a tree house for the 1st time. Totally loved the concept, though the staircase was steep but the room is clean and comfortable. The days we were there, it was raining. We had to ask for umbrella from the receptionist, however the lady who answered said they dont provide/lend umbrella. Anyhow, once we reached the counter, the other receptionist allowed us to use the umbrella and we managed to to go out for our dinner. Apart from the misunderstanding there rest of it as good! Will definitely come again, with more prepared. Thanks once again"

Parking is complimentary for one vechicle, but for one time only, we were granted for 2 vehicle. If you are looking for hotel in kuching, go for Hilton Kuching."

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Kuching Waterfront, making it very convenient to explore nearby attractions, cafes, and local spots. Everything was within easy reach, and the area has a really nice, relaxing vibe, especially in the evening. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The convenience of being able to walk around without needing transport made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in a strategic location with a great view."

"Ask for quite room when booking, but they give me the room most near to the lift. I was check in around 2.30pm, not late check in and you prefer to send me kinda room. Everyone who passing by, talking, screaming I can heard very clearly. Woken by noises every morning!! Room electric power failure, twice!! Ask to change room, but they say they got their policy so cannot change. I'm staying for 3night, not only one night. Everytime pay a visit to kuching, this hotel is the first choice I'll pick. But this trip make me feel very disappointed."
