The hotel is centrally located and beside the Waterfront. However, the condition of the hotel looked rundown with poor maintenance in the room carpet and bathroom room and also the faulty lift. The level of customer is below average as compared to my previous stay. The management needs to pull up it's socks as the quality of the hotel has deteriorated so much since my last stay.

The room is spacious and the air conditioning works great. The location is excellent, right by the riverwalk, perfect for an evening stroll. There are malls and 'pasar atap' nearby, making dining incredibly convenient.

Great location near riverfront. Centralised location. Only issue is there is no hotel parking. Need to search roadside parking.

This is an above average hotel by far I've stayed. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at StayInn Apt which was just slightly cheaper but was way below this hotel's standard. We felt very comfortable staying here. In addition, it's very neat to many attractions within walking distance and there is a free bus 103 from open air market towards airport plus a few attractions on the way to airport. Highly recommended hotel for comfort and money worth.
