Service is good and they upgraded our 3 bedroom villa as the previous room has a connecting toliet which we does not like.
Overall good stay. Just had to make do with all the insects as it is a villa.

Great resort and location. The private villa with pool is amazing and perfect for families or a group of adults. I would highly recommend this and stay here again. First class venue.

Our absolute favourite spot to stay at Seminyak. This was our third visit and second time in the 3 bedroom Villa which is wonderful if you’re in the mood for Villa chilling. The hotel amenities are great. Love the central location which allows one to simply walk to the popular Seminyak eateries and bars. Will certainly be staying here again on my next visit to Seminyak, Bali.

We stayed two nights at the Peppers @ Seminyak, having stayed at Peppers@Gold Coast last time.
The villa was three-bedroom with a central courtyard and swimming pool. We had some problems with mosquitos, road noise and Internet connections. However, thanks to the manager, Mr Diputra, the issues were resolved amicably.

nice location. Tucked away at a corner of the busy street with easy access to food and shopping yet protected from the noise of the main street/road. Villa was big with airconditioned living room - helped keep us safe from the mozzies.. Pool was nice and deep enough. If you wake up early, can even catch the sunrise at the pool.
Flea market nearby is way overpriced. Be sure to bargain ＞50% or u might just be better off at the shops along smaller streets..

We stayed in a 4 bedroom villa with the most amazing pool. The staff were super friendly and always there to help. The day spa was fabulous (the facial is a must to try). The in-house BBQ was fabulous and cooked to perfection. Just a few walk to the markets and restaurants.

The service and dining options are exceptional, with added convenience and a major plus of having a private swimming pool and a kids club. Absolutely adore the place and will surely return in the future.

We stayed in one of the villas and they were nothing short of magnificent. Having two boys under three, it was also great to be able to arrange a pool fence. The staff at this resort are absolutely fantastic and go way over and above to meet your every need. The location is also very handy to the main shopping and eating district of Seminyak and only a short trip to the main beaches.

Our stay was exceptional! The service was impeccable, rooms were beautiful, and the location was perfect. Can't wait to return. Staff were amazing, especially Wira, Wiyan, Darma, Audhi,Ketut. Great and friendly attitude. Their shuttle service into town was v helpful too

Ideal location and fabulous facilities. The staff were amazing and the Laneway Restaurant had amazing food. The 2 bedroom Villa was perfect for my family of 4 with a 16 and 20 year old sons we all had our personal space and the villa pool was used multiple times a day. Would definitely recommend this resort for either families or a romantic getaway.

The customer service is exceptional, villa was amazing and food extremely good value and quality. We wanted to bring our teenagers to get their first taste of travel but to give ourselves a base that was private with its own pool so there was no pressure. They loved it and so did we

I have travelled all over the world and I have never experienced the level of service we received whilst staying at Peppers Seminyak. I would like to specifically single out Kris and Okie from the restaurant as well as Asih from concierge. They all went above and beyond to ensure our family had a memorable experience. We would absolutely recommend Peppers Seminyak to anyone coming to Bali. Thank you so much for creating our ultimate relaxing, fun family holiday.

Peppers Seminyak presents a mixed bag of experiences, earning a 4-star rating with some notable highlights and areas for improvement. While the overall ambiance may feel a bit dated, the 3-bedroom villa surprises with an aesthetically pleasing courtyard and pool, providing a charming retreat. However, the check-in process lacked the sparkle expected, especially following a stay at the exceptional Mulia. Comfortable rooms offer respite, yet the troublesome blinds proved to be a recurring inconvenience, struggling to block out light effectively. The disappointment continued with two bathrooms lacking consistent hot water, despite efforts to address the issue. Moreover, the cacophony of noisy air conditioning units and a fan reminiscent of a washing machine's rinse cycle detracted from the tranquility of the stay. On the brighter side, dining at the laneway proved to be a highlight, with the tacos deserving special mention for their deliciousness. Amidst the service challenges, Ketut stood out as a beacon of hospitality, going above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcomed and attended to. In sum, while Peppers Seminyak has its flaws, it offers moments of delight alongside areas ripe for improvement.
