Huangshan Bai Yun Hotel

My stay at Baiyun Hotel during this Huangshan trip was exceptional. The weather forecast had been showing rain, so I brought extra clothes and a shoe dryer, worried about being uncomfortable the next day. But when I arrived, they had everything: down jackets, flashlights, umbrellas, shoe dryers, and even foot bath basins. They also provided maps to help us plan our routes, which was incredibly convenient. In the morning, a guide even led us to the best spot on Aoyu Peak for sunrise. What truly deserves praise is the thoughtful butler service. They personally introduced the room facilities, recommended travel routes, and even prepared dinner, breakfast, gifts, late-night snacks and milk tea for my child, and mineral water for our departure. Their consideration was simply outstanding. I can't wait to visit Huangshan and stay at Baiyun Hotel again! 💞

Excellent location and great service, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. Definitely the top choice when visiting Huangshan! The buffet was also quite good, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ye Hefe. When she saw me at Bright Summit, she advised me to wait there for the sunset, saying it would be visible soon, which saved me a long walk. I'm very grateful! My child had injured their foot, and she proactively brought us ice, which was incredibly helpful!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Bright Summit and Aoyu Peak, and there's a food court nearby. The hotel service is attentive and thoughtful, and they even have special evening performances. It's clear they put a lot of effort into this hotel. Despite the limited conditions on the mountaintop, all the necessary facilities are available, and the dryer was especially useful! Overall, a great experience.

Facilities: The room had plenty of hot water, and there was a foot bath, a fan, and a TV that all worked. The internet connection was also smooth. Hygiene: It was clean and tidy; I didn't see any of the insects I'd feared encountering in the mountains. Environment: The rooms in Area A had excellent views; you could see the Aofeng Ridge direction right outside the window. The hotel's location is not far from Bright Summit and Aofeng Ridge, making it suitable for watching sunrises and sunsets. Additionally, the West Sea Grand Canyon train station is not too far from the hotel, so the location is very convenient. Service: The butler service was incredibly enthusiastic and professional, responding patiently and thoroughly throughout my stay. They also provided complimentary drinks and souvenirs. When I had an upset stomach in the middle of the night and encountered an emergency, the butler immediately contacted hotel security to light the way and guide me to a health clinic not far from the hotel. This was particularly reassuring and touching.

We booked a triple room, which was a good size and very clean. The hotel service was excellent; we received complimentary fruits and desserts in the evening, and freshly ground coffee in the morning, which gave us plenty of energy after our strenuous climb. The hotel's location is a huge plus. After climbing Tiandu Peak on the first day, my phone battery was completely drained. After a shower and dinner, it was a mere ten-minute walk to Bright Summit to catch the sunset. In the early morning, hotel staff led a group for another ten-minute walk to Aoyu Peak for the sunrise. It was also just a ten-minute walk to the West Sea Grand Canyon cable car station, with no backtracking involved at all. Extremely satisfied!
