Room was just what I needed for a 4 night solo trip, it was my birthday when i arrived and there were ballons on the bed and a bottle of fizz waiting for me, nice touch! The room was nice and clean ( was cleaned every day) Lovely rooftop setting for breakfast with views of St Peters dome. The Gallo roof terrace was also great for a drink at night, again with great views. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. There are bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and a supermarket that is open 7am-9pm 2 mins down the road. I walked to the vatican city but for other places I used the freenow app for a taxi wich came in minutes every time. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel in a very good location within Rome. Good facilities to use while staying there, the staff there were very friendly and polite. However the walls of the room were too thin for my liking, the person next door was a heavy snorer which disturbed my sleep one night while staying.

Nice quirky hotel in a residential area, close to the metro and about a 10 minute walk to St Peter’s Square, which can be seen clearly from the roof to terrace and breakfast area. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There is an incline to the hotel so maybe those that are not very strong on their legs might struggle. The hotel has a lift

This hotel was perfect for our trip to Rome - situated in a residential area with fantastic public transport options to take us into the centre quickly and hassle free. Staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful throughout. We stayed in a quadruple room and the beds were extremely comfortable! Lots of shops and lovely restaurants/bars close by, much less crowded than the centre of Rome. Loved it!

We stayed here 4 nights as a family of 4 it was lovely! Very quiet the kids had their own section in the bedroom that gave them some privacy. The rooftop restaurant was lovely the food was great we would stay again only £14 euros for a taxi to the pantheon etc was a great base for seeing the city!

Very very pleasant stay! The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they catered to our every need and helped us with directions when needed! Very clean rooms and comfy beds! The breakfast area & rooftop bar are beautiful additions! Public transport links are just outside which is super handy! A beautiful budget friendly hotel a stones throw away from Vatican City! would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Room 116 was perfect for us and our two teenagers. The staff were friendly and gave us lots of useful information. Our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the views of St Peter’s from the terrace and the rooftop bar. A short walk to the Vatican and about 40 minutes walk to the Piazza Navonna and the Spanish Steps. The quiet location of the hotel meant a good night’s sleep was ensured. If we come back to Rome this is where we’ll stay. Thank you to all the staff- you do a great job!

Lovely staff and fantastic location, everything is within walking distance. Room 105 was tired, wall paper peeling off the walls, scuff marks on the door and walls and also stains on the floors. Shower control was very loose and not enough hot water for 2 people. Air con facility wasn’t available due to the time of the year and our room was unbearably warm making the stay uncomfortable.

Great little hotel in a good location - good breakfast and lovely rooftop bar with a view. The room was fine for what we needed being out sightseeing all day - only issue was the shower head needed replacing (the water went everywhere apart from on you) and it’s quite noisy with plumbing inside the hotel - you can hear flushes and water draining from the rooms above . Otherwise a perfectly good good hotel at a decent price.

Just back from our to Rome , had a wonderful stay here the staff are so friendly and helpful , always smiling and happy to help with any questions or queries . The hotel itself is beautiful inside , Our room was immaculate so clean and fresh , there’s a safe in the room for your convenience . The towels and bedding were changed daily . The only down side to the room in our opinion was only one socket was able to be used to charge our phones , we brought our own adapters but could only use one. I would advise if you are staying at this hotel to ensure your fit to walk up the hill that leads to it , it isn’t a massive hill but if you struggle with mobility it may become Difficult or expensive in terms of taxis.

What a lovely place this is. Great location, not far from everything you need to see and do. Very reasonable price, staff very helpful, nice and happy to greet you and could not do enough to help you when ever they can. The room was top notch, clean, modern and the maids came in and cleaned everyday. Bed super comfy, no complaints at all. The significant thing about this hotel is the roof top restaurant and bar, truly stunning site across Rome.

Me and the family had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is in a great location, only a 5-10 minute walk to the over- land train, which will take you to the metro . There is also some lovely restaurants nearby on the way to Vatican City.

Our room was very nice, spacious, clean. But as soon as next door used their bathroom the pipes were so loud in our room even waking us up one night. The following day after having our room cleaned we noticed there was a mark of blood on our sheets. After complaining they had no spare duvets but did upgrade us to a lovely much larger room with great views of St. Peter’s basilica. They were very good once brought to their attention and I can’t fault their service but their housekeeping let them down.

Came here on purpose honeymoon last January worst customer service ever waring an hour to orser food and still no order then went up to pay bill for the one drink we had and the waitress attacked my husband avoid this hotel no apologies or noting and hoovering at 8am room next door to is since for quietness
