My room is located near the station, just a 5-minute walk away. Since it’s near the road, I might hear some cars passing by. The host is friendly and accommodating.

Excellent location (close to everywhere including train station and ferr), friendly staff, nice breakfast, very clean. I did have a challenge with sleeping as the portable a/c and fan are rather loud, but otherwise really good launch pad.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and everything else was pretty good. The only downside was the breakfast; there was barely anything to eat.

Really was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. Comfortable clean rooms, clean towels, comfortable beds and duvets, super friendly front desk, and really great location. A special mention of the quality breakfast spread which I look forward every morning. Strongly recommended.

Our family stayed 1 night and was very happy with everything, particularly the location and the breakfast.

No kettle provided and keys are quite old type

Hotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long.

Hotel location not far from Luzern train station. 5 minutes walk. Also not far from Chapel bridge. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

Found a long hair on the bed under the duvet. Other than that, all was perfect. Breakfast was basic.

Great location by the train station. Very convenient. Staff was nice. Didn’t have a view from the room but otherwise was pleasant stay.
