"The hotel is very nice and the rooms are well equipped. Everything is there, also slippers and L'occitane products. The view of the city - if you have a good room - is wonderful. "The location is good, close to the train station and most sightseeing places in Luzern. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. The only drawback of the hotel is noise levels. There are many restaurants around with outdoor seating so you would hear people chatting all the way till 11 pm. 5AM in the morning there would be loud street cleaning trucks. There was one night some bar nearby had loud drunk people noise till 2AM. There's no AC in the room so you have to leave the window open and deal with all the noises."
