The hotel has convenient transportation and is close to Shuicheng Ancient Town and Fengchi Garden, making it very convenient for leisure walks and exploring special restaurants. The overall hardware of the hotel is of five-star standard. It was my first time staying here, and the hotel upgraded me to an executive room, which was very thoughtful! The weather was very good this morning. I woke up early and watched the sunrise in the room. I was very satisfied! grateful! I will stay here again next time I go to Liupanshui.

True to its reputation as a national treasure! Even before arriving, service manager Xiao Yuan proactively reached out to arrange our room and sent us a travel guide. The hotel's breakfast selection and quality far exceeded our expectations. We even got to try the complimentary Maotai ice cream, which thrilled the kids. Renhuai, the 'Wine Capital of China,' was historically a bustling hub for merchants, and this was our first visit. The hotel's warm service and thoughtful greetings truly showcase the excellence of a top-tier domestic brand in both hardware and software. It's a shame we only stayed one night; next time, we'll definitely extend our stay for a few more days. We'll be back, full of praise for Maotai Hotel and our fondness for酱香 (Jiangxiang) liquor!

This hotel is super close to Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area, just a few minutes' drive away. The environment is fantastic, with a garden-style design surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The moment you step in, all your travel fatigue just melts away. The rooms are clean and tidy with great natural light, and the bedding is really comfortable. The service is thoughtful and attentive; the front desk staff are warm and efficient, responding promptly to any requests. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including some authentic Guizhou specialties. The hotel is also very new, and it's incredibly convenient that you can open the door with your phone, so there's no need for a key card.

I rarely feel compelled to write reviews for hotels, but this one is just too beautiful not to comment on! 🤩 One night here felt too short; next time, I'll definitely stay longer, as it's perfect for a relaxing getaway. The entire hotel is designed in the Suzhou garden architectural style, making it vast and stunning. Every step offers a new beautiful view, and opening the window reveals an exquisite garden landscape. You could easily do a cheongsam photoshoot here—it's that gorgeous. The hotel is located right within the ancient city, very close to the Zhongnan Gate of the ancient city and Dongshan Temple, with plenty of great food options nearby. This hotel is actually part of Hilton, and there's a shuttle bus in the morning to the Hilton for breakfast. The breakfast was quite rich and good too. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Tongren. Regarding the water pressure, it was a bit of an issue, but still acceptable—it wasn't too cold or too hot.

Everything felt perfect. The hotel environment was excellent, with expansive views and a great sense of space, offering peace and tranquility. The room was also very good, with top-notch heating – it was delightful to cozy up on the sofa and gaze at the distant village buildings! I absolutely must commend the hotel staff's service; they were very attentive and considerate. Pick-ups and drop-offs were punctual, their advice was spot-on, and they were both thoughtful and discreet. The unlimited freshly ground coffee and drinks, comfortable afternoon tea, and the lingering melodies of the Dong village songs all contributed to a wonderful experience.

Excellent! Hands down the best value-for-money hotel in Guizhou. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guiyang. The hotel's decor and design are top-notch. The five-star service staff are polite, but you'll need to pay extra for things like laundry or breakfast. If you want breakfast, I suggest booking a room with breakfast included on Trip.com, as their breakfast selection is quite good. Of course, if you have a favorite breakfast spot in Guiyang you want to try, you can opt out of the hotel breakfast. It's 50 RMB on Trip.com, but 108 RMB if you buy it directly at the hotel.

This is the fourth Pullman I've stayed at after Fuzhou, Shenzhen, and Zhuhai. The hardware is decent, but the service feels a bit subpar. Facilities: The front desk upgraded me to an executive room, and the turndown service was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was very spacious. Hygiene: Very meticulous, no issues inside the room. Environment: The public area on the first floor is quite different from other Pullmans; it has a 'local Chinese hotel' vibe, with many shops, which makes it feel a bit cheap and noisy. Service: No one helped with luggage. The concierge service was very poor. When checking in, I was reminded to use the last four digits of my phone number for robot delivery of takeout. However, when I ordered takeout, the concierge was inflexible and said the phone number on the delivery slip didn't match. Firstly, the delivery phone number might be a virtual number. Secondly, guests shouldn't have to disclose all their phone numbers, right? Even after the delivery person provided the phone number, they still wouldn't send it up to the room. There were many tour groups, and the hotel's fitness floor seems to be outsourced, leading to a mixed bag of people. The location is average, too close to the train station, and there's no scenery to speak of nearby.

The TV picture was clear with great colors, making it a real pleasure for binge-watching shows or movies. The staff's service attitude was excellent – warm, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was also delicious; it was great to start the day with a hot and tasty meal. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The Hotel room was great, nice and clean. The room is modern with a rustic touch of wood finishes. It has good views of of the Guiylang white house and twin towers that light up every evening. The building itself is surrounded by street food and restaurants so many options to choose from. There is a few western franchises close by KFC, domino's and pizza hut. There are two shopping cenyres on e across the street and the Dolphin plaza about 16 minute walk. Easy access to Taxis and ride share so there is no problem getting around. Our experience was great overall and would recommend it yo anyone staying in the area

Service: There was no guide at the door, and we got off the car with our children and bags. The four people at the front desk and the three check-in counters were all busy with group guests, and it was very chaotic. No one came to guide individual guests. After queuing for a long time, they said that they only handle group guests. Without saying anything, we moved to the side line, and when we got to the line, they said they were still handling group guests. It seemed that they had not been trained to deal with group and individual arrangements. Both group guests and individual guests were unhappy. It was very hot, and I knew that everyone was unhappy. If I took the initiative to hand over a bottle of water, it would calm down the fire, but unfortunately no one thought of it. It seems that everyone is worried about the room. When I returned to the hotel at night, I asked for a few more bottles of water. The robot sent 2 bottles, probably thinking that the room was enough... Breakfast buffet: The lady who served breakfast was really a ray of sunshine when we checked in. We forgot whether we brought breakfast or not, so we asked how much it would cost to add another breakfast. The lady smiled and said to help check first. After checking, we saw that we brought breakfast and let us go directly. She also took the initiative to recommend where to sit for taking pictures. She was very enthusiastic. Environment: It is right in the square, and it is very convenient to take the elevator out of the back door. It's a great bargain. The Red Army Primary School is opposite the main entrance. Hygiene: It's clean, no problem. Facilities: I don't know why the water temperature for showering is fixed, and I can't adjust it if I like a higher temperature. The water temperature is lukewarm, but I still feel cold after showering. The air conditioner seems to have no central control. It's very cold when it's on, and stuffy when it's off...
