Very convenient location right opposite Terminal 1, with a covered walkway and elevator—great when carrying heavy luggage or during bad weather Due to a Trip.com mistake, we were given a smaller and older room than booked, but it was still comfortable. The queen bed was good, bathroom small but fine, and the airport-facing view was nice. Free drinks at the lobby and free breakfast were a plus. Overall, a good choice for staying near the airport before an early flight.

Had a fantastic stay at Nagoya JR Gate Tower Hotel. The location is unbeatable — directly above Nagoya Station, making it incredibly convenient for Shinkansen, trains, shopping and dining. Perfect base for exploring Nagoya and nearby cities. The room was modern, spotless and very comfortable. Even though Japanese rooms can be compact, the layout was smart and functional, with great city views. Bed and pillows were comfortable, and amenities were thoughtful and well maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience, comfort and easy access to everything. Would definitely stay here again! 😊

the triple room is quite small for three people but it is manageable that we can open 2 luggages at once in the room. you can get free drinks at the common area & the staffs are also really helpful. the bathroom door is somewhat transparent, which might be a bit awkward if you're room-sharing with friends.

This is an older hotel, and while it shows its age a bit, it's incredibly well-maintained and spotlessly clean. It's perfectly situated at Kanayama Station, one of Nagoya's major transportation hubs. You can take the Meitetsu line directly from the airport, and other subway lines offer easy access to various Nagoya attractions. Right outside, you'll find an art museum, convenience stores, and a wide array of restaurants. It offers excellent value for money.

Nikko Style Nagoya is a fantastic choice for location and convenience. Most of the places we planned to visit were within a comfortable 10 to 30-minute walking distance, which made exploring the city very easy. Nagoya Station is also only about a 10 to 15-minute walk away, making it very convenient for train travel to other destinations. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and comfortable, making it a perfect base for both sightseeing and relaxation. Highly recommended for travelers who value accessibility and walkability.

Cons: Location: It's about a 4-stop bus ride or a 1-stop subway ride from Nagoya Station. Noise: Motorcycles passing by at night were incredibly loud and disruptive. I'm not sure if it's because of single-pane windows or something else. Pros: Service: The service quality is comparable to a domestic five-star hotel in China. Price: For around 700, the price is quite reasonable. Room: The room environment and facilities are both pretty good.

I stayed at this hotel on the first day of my trip. The overall facilities were very nice and the service was great. The room was also very clean, and the lounge was especially impressive. Guests were able to use it for free within a set time, and it was great to be able to relax while enjoying various alcoholic beverages and coffee. The gym facilities were also great. If I visit Toyohashi again, I would like to stay a little longer. Thank you!

This was my second stay at this hotel because my first experience was so great. The night view is absolutely unbeatable, overlooking Nagoya. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining in the Sakae district; there's a brand new mall right downstairs with Montbell and Blue Bottle Coffee. However, there was a small hiccup during this stay. I was suddenly woken up at 4 AM by the fire alarm and a loud broadcast announcement. It took a while before I could fall back asleep. The next day, I saw an explanation saying it was either a guest smoking or accidentally pressing the fire alarm in the elevator.

Great hotel just a 10-minute walk from Chubu Centrair Airport and right next to the ferry terminal, with a lovely sea view from our twin room. The American retro style gives the place a very chill and cozy vibe. We stayed here for one night with two elderly family members after arriving late at the airport, and it was a very comfortable and convenient choice. The breakfast buffet was delicious — not a huge selection, but everything was high quality, which was perfect for a picky eater like me. I would happily stay here again.

I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Tiara Minami Nagoya and overall had a very pleasant experience! The room size was excellent — spacious, comfortable, and perfect if you’re planning to relax or unpack fully during your stay. It felt roomier than many other hotels in the area, which made it much easier to settle in and move around. One of the big advantages was that the hotel provides free parking if you’re driving — a huge plus for travellers with a rental car. The parking area is ample and convenient, so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot nearby.

GGuest UserI recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya Hotel, and I want to highlight some exceptional service that made our visit memorable. Thoughtful Amenities The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience. Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort. Summary In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

FFAN_CI really like TIAD's decor, which is why I chose it over a very well-located Marriott. It's right above a subway exit. To get to Nagoya JR Station, you need to transfer twice, so a taxi is more convenient, costing between 1900-2200 JPY. The hotel's amenities are outstanding, including a Bioprogramming hairdryer (though only 4D). They provide London EH toiletries, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. There's even underfloor heating in front of the sink. Overall, the experience was great, but the turndown service could be a bit more attentive.

Aapril408We really love this hotel. Location is great as it is next to a garden and historical tea house. It's a short walk to Inuyama Castle and we do have the castle as our lovely breakfast view. The room is big and comes with a balcony with a nice view of the surrounding area. There is also an onsen at the hotel with indoor and outdoor baths! Hotel is also a short, scenic walk from the train station. I would love to come back again!

GGuest UserI stayed for three nights and was very satisfied. The room was spacious, not cramped at all, and I even got upgraded to a higher floor. It's very close to the Sakae shopping district, with all the malls just about a 15-minute walk away. In the other direction is Shin-Sakae, where you can find quite a few Chinese restaurants. There's a Sugi pharmacy right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for buying cosmetics, daily necessities, and food – I shopped there every day. For breakfast, you can choose between the ground floor buffet or the second-floor Japanese set meal. I'd definitely recommend the buffet on the ground floor; it has a wide variety, including名古屋特色的烤鸡翅 (Nagoya-style fried chicken wings), though it can get a bit crowded. The service was also excellent, absolutely flawless. I'll definitely stay here again if I come back to Nagoya. The only thing to note is that the road leading to Sakae is a gentle uphill slope, which might be a little tiring if you're pushing a stroller.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers great value for money. Although it's a bit far from Nagoya Station, it's conveniently located right next to the Aonami Line, providing direct access to the subway. The hotel environment is excellent, and the views are unique. The rooms are quite spacious for Japan. The breakfast selection is also very rich, and the food tastes good. Overall, it's truly commendable! 👍

GGuest UserThe location is, without a doubt, excellent! On a rainy day, you can go directly from Meitetsu Station to the hotel lobby on the 15th floor, and public transportation to other places is also very convenient. It's surrounded by shopping malls, which is super handy! The breakfast selection isn't huge, definitely not as extensive as many other hotels, but the ambiance and service are good, and the rooms are a bit larger. Overall, I'm satisfied.
