We really love this hotel. Location is great as it is next to a garden and historical tea house. It's a short walk to Inuyama Castle and we do have the castle as our lovely breakfast view. The room is big and comes with a balcony with a nice view of the surrounding area. There is also an onsen at the hotel with indoor and outdoor baths! Hotel is also a short, scenic walk from the train station. I would love to come back again!

The Nagoya Marriott is located right above Nagoya Station, seamlessly connected to the Shinkansen, subway, and shopping malls. The location is unbeatable; you arrive right after exiting the station, and shopping and dining are incredibly convenient. The room is quite spacious, and a 12:00 PM check-out is quite excellent for Japan. Meitetsu Bus and Kintetsu are just a short walk away. As a starting point, the Marriott makes it easy to get anywhere, making it a top choice for family trips – hassle-free and comfortable!

Facilities: The facilities are quite new and well-arranged! Hygiene: The hygiene is also very good, and it's very clean! Environment: The surrounding area is convenient, with a subway and a shopping mall! Service: The hotel staff are very friendly! Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel just a 10-minute walk from Chubu Centrair Airport and right next to the ferry terminal, with a lovely sea view from our twin room. The American retro style gives the place a very chill and cozy vibe. We stayed here for one night with two elderly family members after arriving late at the airport, and it was a very comfortable and convenient choice. The breakfast buffet was delicious — not a huge selection, but everything was high quality, which was perfect for a picky eater like me. I would happily stay here again.

I booked this hotel for a concert... The location is excellent, with two 24-hour drugstores downstairs and two convenience stores. There's a smoking room in the lobby on the first floor, with a self-service drink machine right outside. It looks like you need to swipe your card to go up, but you can actually use the elevator without swiping. The room isn't small; I could open my suitcase completely. Overall, it was clean and tidy. The air conditioning in the room was completely unadjustable in winter, making it incredibly hot... Luckily, the window could be opened a crack, which was the only way to cool it down.

The airport shuttle drops you off right at the hotel entrance. Since I arrived early, the front desk attendant kindly offered to store my luggage. When I returned in the evening after exploring, I checked in. My room was on the 16th floor, as requested, and the bed was set up exactly how I wanted it. Despite facing the street, the room was incredibly quiet; I couldn't hear any noise from outside or the hallway. The hotel is conveniently located just a 6-7 minute walk from Fushimi Station, which is only one stop away from both Nagoya Station and Sakae Station. The hotel exudes an old-money charm, but it's exceptionally well-maintained, elegant, and spotless. The staff greeted every guest warmly. The room was quite spacious, and having a walk-in closet was a great bonus. It was cleaned daily, and the mini-fridge drinks were complimentary. The toiletries were Bulgari. Across from the hotel is Shimo-en Park, and the airport shuttle stop is right by the park, making it very convenient for families with multiple pieces of luggage or elderly members. Overall, the Nagoya Kanko Hotel left a profoundly positive impression on my trip to Nagoya.

The facilities are brand new and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also appreciated that children stay free of charge and breakfast is complimentary. The only minor downside is its distance from the subway station, which is about a 10-minute walk. However, a taxi ride is quite affordable, usually costing around 20-something RMB.

With convenience stores and drugstores nearby, it's perfect for both business and leisure travelers. True to Japanese hotel standards, the cleanliness is impeccable. Both the guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained, showing no signs of age or wear and tear. Higher floor rooms offer stunning panoramic views of the Nagoya Station area's nightscape. The front desk staff are professional and communicate fluently in English, and room service is prompt and efficient. On a separate note, we encountered a minor issue during our stay. However, two managers were incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the problem to our complete satisfaction. Many thanks to them for their excellent assistance! 🙏

This hotel offers great value for money. Although it's a bit far from Nagoya Station, it's conveniently located right next to the Aonami Line, providing direct access to the subway. The hotel environment is excellent, and the views are unique. The rooms are quite spacious for Japan. The breakfast selection is also very rich, and the food tastes good. Overall, it's truly commendable! 👍
