GGuest UserWas here for 2 nights with my partner, and first time staying at a bnb. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean and conveniently located it was. It’s a short walk from state street, where all the good restaurants and retail shops are.
The breakfast was delicious and cooked with soul. The cookies were also a lovely treat. Highly recommend for a homey and enjoyable experience!

GGuest UserOur room featured a balcony and was thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was included, and the front desk was always staffed, which was reassuring. Parking was both convenient and secure. The staff were incredibly helpful, readily answering all our questions, from bike rentals to car repairs. We found it very convenient to walk to both the pier and the beach. The area truly comes alive with activities on weekends, adding greatly to its charm.

GGuest UserI called before arriving, asking about the bedding. I told them I was traveling with 91 yr. old mother and 67 yr. old sister. I am 71. They offer 1 queen and told me extra double would be very comfortable. It was a pull out couch. When you remove the cushions from sofa, there is a note pasted on the pull out that my sheet are in a bag in the closet. The pull out was metal springs. The bag has a top, bottom sheet and pillow with no case, 1 blanket. It took 5 layers of padding to make it sleepable.
All 3 of us left for the entire day and when we arrived to the room at 6:30 p.m. our used towels were still on the floor and trash cans were full. Fresh towels were delivered to our room from the common open area, not thru the hallway.
This stay was not what I expected of Marriott Residence Inn at $346.00 per night plus $15.00 per night for parking. Oh and there is a sign before you enter the hallways that tell you if your car is vandalized, Marriott is not responsible. Welcome to California in 2024.

GGuest UserVery good, staying in the United States, the first time there was a waiter to help carry the luggage, breakfast, is cold food, end at ten o'clock on time. The surrounding environment is very good, we stayed for two nights, the hotel is quiet and clean, good.

About 6 minutes walk from the beach. There is a young lady who takes to the beach to do yoga in the morning.
A communal kitchen is provided, eggs and noodles are provided for breakfast, you can make it yourself,

At the restaurant at the door, I bought breakfast with breakfast. It used to mean breakfast deducted with $50. You can order it yourself. The restaurant is delicious
The highlight is the pool, you will love the experience here....a large piece at hand. The pool is warm water.

RrobertaAbsolutely wonderful location. The bike / walking path is a minute walk from the hotel, right along the beach. There's a little grocery store about a 5 minute walk up S Milpas St, so convenient. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance (1 mile) or a short drive. I didn't eat at the hotel. The room was clean but toiletries were not replenished, and my dirty glasses were not washed or replaced. For the high price tag, I would have expected that. The air conditioning in the room was great, quiet, and easy to adjust.The front desk team was very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite people were the Valet team. They were fun to speak with, very down to earth and did their job well. Valet parking is $26.00 / night. I didn't see that price anywhere when I booked.

I wrote an email to ask what tax was charged less, but the hotel now received less money and deducted credit card money without notifying me. It was very untrue; Breakfast is equal to no coffee and fruit every day and doughnuts

LLelia8585The plus of the hotel, it is a straight boutique on 9 rooms, where you feel like home, bed comfortable, atmosphere is cute, there is a free parking. The disadvantages: Noisy sleep on the 1st floor, the hotel is located right on the road and the hearing is terrible, I have not sleeped there at all, the condei hangs right side of the bed and blows straight into the face, we turned it off and opened the window, but the sounds are crazy and could not sleep, The cold nick is tricky, it had to turn off. The breakfast was included but this is one name, there is a girl sitting on the receptacle she is cooking omlet or eggs and gives 2 pieces of bread and tea in bags. That's all. Those who sleep as dead are likely to fit this option. For me there was a lucky sleepless night there.
