Everything about this stay was enjoyable! I was very warmly received and the communication at the front desk was superb. The room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable for a business traveler. The location is also perfect as it is situated in the heart of Downtown SB and the waterfront.

This is a wonderful hotel! All the staff are helpful, responsive, and pleasant; the parking lot is well lit; and the rooms are scrupulously clean. I'll definitely be staying here again!

The property was nice. Very clean and recently renovated. There was a few things I didn’t like about the room, the mattress was hard as a rock and the frame seems rickety. There was no mirror other than the one in the restroom which makes it difficult for a couple to get ready at the same time.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to beach, downtown and train station. Majority of staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Welcoming cookies and 24/7 coffee/tea and fruit in lobby was a nice touch. Updated room was clean and roomy. Negatives: housekeeping forgot to clean room after request was made at front desk and room clean card was posted at door knob. Hotel also had construction activities going on in the grounds and in some rooms while we were there and took away a relaxed feeling one expects from a getaway.

Modern, comfortable rooms and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was warm enough to swim in even in January which we appreciated. And we liked be able to walk to State St and the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was super clean & plenty of space. Refrigerator is a plus. Mirror has LED lighting like a vanity so my gf appreciated that. Bed was super spacious & heater/AC in room works great. Shower was stocked w/ generous shampoo, conditioner & body wash— plenty of towels too with espresso machine. Small patio too was a plus. Overall, I’d recommend to a friend & I will book again when I return to Santa Barbara. Literally two streets away from the beach. Can’t beat it. Staff is great too so shoutout to them for making it a welcoming stay & providing all necessary information!

The Inn is lovely, spotlessly clean and comfortable. An excellent location, convenient to the waterfront, restaurants and store. Check-in was easy and the staff was fabulous!
