The Franciscan Hotel

Decent price for the location, not a lot of frills or thrills just a clean room and comfortable beds. Very simple rooms with not a lot of furniture or extras. Location is ideal to walk everywhere near the shops and harbor and pier. They should add that their pool is heated because we would have brought Boardshorts had it been advertised.

There was banging at 6:00 on a wall. I was in room 150 would not recommend a floor room it is very noisy in the morning.

Nice recently renovated room with a small sitting space outside. Could use some decor on the walls but maybe they don't have the decorating completed. A short walk to the water and marina.

The rooms are very bare. There are just 2 chairs and not even a table to put a coffee cup or any bags etc. you must use the floor. There is barely any storage. The night stand is tiny and no outlets nearby to charge devices. The outside is charming but really sad once inside the room. The location is nice and staff was good. The weekend rates are high and should deliver better.
