"We had a nice big room with beautiful nature view. The breakfast was delicious. We’ve enjoyed the adults only spa (even it costs in addition). The roof top pool is amazing and the service was excellent. We would book it again."

"The hotel was quite clean and the location was good, convenient for getting to my client's company. The breakfast was decent, especially friendly for those not used to Western food. Overall, it offered good value for money. The biggest downside was that the room was a bit small."

"An excellent stay! Our stay was truly wonderful. The hotel is impeccably clean and superbly equipped; you'll find everything you need. The food is delicious! The only slight drawback is the minor renovations currently underway, but this didn't spoil our experience at all. Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect. We highly recommend it!"

"This is the most distinctive hostel to live in. The room is very comfortable, but the bath water in winter will be hot and cold. The restaurant is very special, full of cow heads, etc., and a breakfast per person is very rich."

"We had booked 1 room, where it said it was not approved, completely OK, We tried again and it went through and we got an email about it so everything was just fine, we were happy because we had been there before. We showed up on the day, were a little early for it, but if we paid 100kr, we could get in at 3 pm, but we sat down and drank a cup of coffee and waited so the time would suit, our family came later. They ask if we want the key, since two rooms have been booked, we say no thank you because we don't want their room. Now our children come and get their key, where they say there is a book another room, we say no and show our first room, had not gone through and they could see that. But... now they had to call and investigate what had happened, my brother-in-law was very helpful and talked and told, but it took approx. 1 1/2 hours  And investigate it, well he got 1 drink ticket as a thank you for the help. We were going to eat, there were 4 of us. We ordered and it said blue potatoes, where I said we didn't just want chips, no it was a kind of blue potato, but it was chips so we went up to the chef and asked for real potatoes and we got that, everything Ok. Our children ordered a steak and there was some greens that they chose from and asked for extra potatoes instead, they got two very small rösti, they got it twice more, that was so nice. When we had to pay there were extra potatoes on the bill 130 kr. We had never tried that anywhere, but Ok we paid. What should have been a good weekend just turned into a very bad experience, we have never experienced anything like it 😡 B h Lissi Lind (A very dissatisfied customer)"

"Viborg Hotel is conveniently located in the city vicinity amidst a scenic beautiful lake. It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff, great breakfast menu and convenient room accommodation. It’s an hour drive from Billund Airport and 30-minute drive to Bjerringbro where we had our business meeting. We explored Viborg with its old and preserved buildings with cobblestone roads which reminds one of Paris."

"Fabulous in every way. From our arrival in the late afternoon when Alexander on Reception welcomed us with a smile and the key to our room to our departure two days later again with a genuine smile and wave goodbye we felt well looked after. Our room was lovely, clean and warm. My request for a room away from the lift was acknowledged and followed … and whilst we didn’t have a ‘view’ as such .. it was just nice to be able to open the door to the small balcony to allow fresh air in when we wanted to.  The room was styled in a simple modern Scandi Style and the bed, pillows and duvet so very very comfortable .. one of the best beds I have slept in in Europe so far.  And a REAL plant .. a sweet touch.  My only one slightly unsmiley face .. the shower over a bath tub .. great shower, good water pressure, but you have to climb into and out of the bath tub which could be challenging for some.  All in all a fabulous hotel, comfortable clean stylish room, friendly helpful staff… oh and the most wonderful breakfast (included) .. would definitely recommend and will stay again next time I am in Aarhus."

"Topklasse service. Havde forespurgt på tidligere check in, hvilket de ville sørge for. Receptionen ringede tilbage på ankomst dagen for at bekræfte at det var muligt. Samtidig blev jeg oplyst om at der var ændret parkeringsregler. Virkelig god service. Morgenmaden er meget lækker. Her kommer jeg gerne tilbage til."
