Check in e check out ineficientes, apesar de encaminharem e-mail para check in online, na chegada ao hotel os hóspedes recebem pagers pra aguardar (por muito tempo) o atendimento , o que é indicador claro do problema crônico. A estrutura geral atende o esperado.

O hotel é muito bom em todos os aspectos com exceção da cama e coberta. A cama não é muito confortável e as cobertas que eles fornecem aos hóspedes são bem ruinzinhas. Coberta fina e com aspecto ruim. Mas o quarto é muito bom, café da manhã bem completo.

Hotel precisa de uma reforma geral, o lençol estava com manchas, o banheiro com mal cheiro, a tv não funciona, o ar barulhento, duas camas de solteiro juntadas para virar uma de casal

Excellent hotel very good , service treated us with closed face difference I spoke good afternoon nor answered me , placed us in a room that was not booked then they spoke that the rooms I booked were all busy , more placed in another room , excellent breakfast many varieties pleasant clean room was all very good first time , would return more times ...

The hotel is good, the comfortable room, delicious shower, was only with the empty shampoo bottle... breakfast was tasteful but the cappuccino machine broke, we gave that chance... But I would come back.
