Great location, 1min walk from u-bahn, one station from hbf. Clean room, with washing machine and full kitchen included. Safe and quiet at night. Drawbacks: The structure of my room is weird, making the living room dark at night, with only one lamp. No door dividing the shower area, so the bathroom is full of water after each bath. The shower broke down during my accommodation, I asked them to fix it, and they didn't. After lots of chaos they offered me to change the room, and I decided to put up with it and use the rainforest instead. In conclusion, not bad if the shower incident hadn't occurred. The service is of great altitude, but not so practical in case of real problems.

While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, several aspects of the stay were disappointing—especially considering the nightly room rate. One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary. Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable. Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials. Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price.

We've now stayed here for the third time. For over three years, neither the bar nor the rather pleasant dining room has been open. Anyone expecting these amenities will currently be disappointed. The front desk is staffed by constantly changing individuals who don't appear to be hotel employees. Since this year, guests are asked via signs at breakfast to clear their own tables. All of this points to a significant staffing issue. The service is okay, but not the friendliest. I highly doubt anyone working here has any formal hospitality training. We are now aware of these circumstances. For us, it offers space, seating, a private bathroom, and a bowling alley if you want one. It's clean and quite affordable. The breakfast buffet is quite good. Furthermore, it offers special rooms for families, which we also liked. The location is suburban, which suits us. It seems to attract many travelers passing through, as it's not far from the highway, yet it's very quietly situated.

The hotel is relatively old, the door is scratched, there is no exhaust fan, and it is difficult to dry clothes. It is next to the Danube River and the scenery is good. Breakfast was okay, but there were no hot drinks

The bed and pillows are particularly comfortable, there is no trouble with insomnia here In the middle of the room is a restaurant garden, the most lively Friday night The decoration in the hotel is very artistic. There are DM, Rewe supermarket, breakfast shop, Pizza Hut, KFC near the hotel. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to a small train station. It takes less than 30 minutes to take the train to Heidelberg. It is convenient. It is the beginning to see a big cement factory standing outside. There is a little disappointment.

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte im Hotel und waren zufrieden. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war etwas veraltet, aber das Hotel ist sauber, und es gibt ein leckeres Frühstück und Mittagessen. Sauna, Pool und Massage sind alle verfügbar und gut für ein Wellness-Wochenende.

Absolut empfehlenswert – modern, hochwertig und herzlich! Das Hotel ist total schön, neu, modern und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet , einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Alles glänzt, ist tipptopp sauber und stilvoll gestaltet. Man wird sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen, das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett, höflich und kompetent. Man merkt, dass sich hier wirklich Mühe gegeben wird, den Gästen einen tollen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – liebevoll dekoriert, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Besonders hervorzuheben: der perfekt zubereitete Avocado-Toast mit Ei Benedikt – einfach ein Traum! Auch der Kaffee war richtig lecker und wurde freundlich serviert. Die Lage ist zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht, hier kann man wunderbar entspannen. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist stilvoll und sehr schön abgestimmt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder!

Unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in years. 1. Room Condition – Far from What Was Advertised The photos on the website looked great, but the reality was shocking. The room was small, outdated, and poorly cleaned. 2. Customer Service – Cold and Unhelpful The front desk staff seemed disinterested and dismissive. When I ask for water they didnt give. 3. Breakfast It was included in the stay but it was really poor.

The room was decent. The price was OK, including breakfast. There are many people staying in the hotel. It is a 15-minute drive from Heidelberg. The parking lot is free, but the price is half the price of hotels in Heidelberg. The cost performance is still very high.
