It’s quite a walk from the Hbf, but the road is smooth and easy. The hotel is very close to other train stations and a large shopping mall where you can find everything, including a food court. Just keep in mind the closing times. If you need anything late, you’ll have to walk back toward the Hbf side, since the nearby Rewe closes early along with the mall. The room was nice and fairly priced overall. Breakfast was good, with slight changes to the options each day, which I appreciated. My favorites were the hash browns and fried mushrooms. The croissant, however, was just average compared to the ones at the Adina in Nuremberg.

We've now stayed here for the third time. For over three years, neither the bar nor the rather pleasant dining room has been open. Anyone expecting these amenities will currently be disappointed. The front desk is staffed by constantly changing individuals who don't appear to be hotel employees. Since this year, guests are asked via signs at breakfast to clear their own tables. All of this points to a significant staffing issue. The service is okay, but not the friendliest. I highly doubt anyone working here has any formal hospitality training. We are now aware of these circumstances. For us, it offers space, seating, a private bathroom, and a bowling alley if you want one. It's clean and quite affordable. The breakfast buffet is quite good. Furthermore, it offers special rooms for families, which we also liked. The location is suburban, which suits us. It seems to attract many travelers passing through, as it's not far from the highway, yet it's very quietly situated.

The hotel facilities are good, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the air conditioning works well. The parking lot is also large, and public transportation is convenient. The breakfast is varied, and the staff is friendly. Overall, it is a hotel that I highly recommend.

Great, the tallest building in the area. The room is large and clean, the view from the high-rise building is good, and the breakfast is rich. The small town of Ulm is unexpected. I will stay here next time

Amazing view albeit the spa facilities are a bit old and dated, however the surroundings are very pretty and great for hikes and forest walks

The bed and pillows are particularly comfortable, there is no trouble with insomnia here In the middle of the room is a restaurant garden, the most lively Friday night The decoration in the hotel is very artistic. There are DM, Rewe supermarket, breakfast shop, Pizza Hut, KFC near the hotel. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to a small train station. It takes less than 30 minutes to take the train to Heidelberg. It is convenient. It is the beginning to see a big cement factory standing outside. There is a little disappointment.

The location is very good, the lake view room is facing Titisee, the lake and mountains are beautiful! It was super cold here in early July... It rained in the morning, and it was 8 degrees... It was outrageous... Buy a coat temporarily, otherwise you can't get out of the door... Most of the waiters were good. A Middle Eastern or Indian girl at the front desk turned at least three white eyes at me because I booked through Trip.com , Trip.com through its agent, and then booked the hotel. As a result, my Booking Number , the name reserved by the hotel does not match my message, the surname is right, and the life is wrong. After half an hour... shouldn't the right approach be a problem? It's too unprofessional to turn my eyes over! I communicated with Trip.com , calm, and at 11 o'clock in the evening in China, I can also find manual customer service, which is not easy! As a hotel staff, it’s okay to not assist, and I turned my eyes white... I didn’t say a superfluous word on the scene, it’s not necessary, but it must be bad!

Absolut empfehlenswert – modern, hochwertig und herzlich! Das Hotel ist total schön, neu, modern und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet , einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Alles glänzt, ist tipptopp sauber und stilvoll gestaltet. Man wird sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen, das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett, höflich und kompetent. Man merkt, dass sich hier wirklich Mühe gegeben wird, den Gästen einen tollen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – liebevoll dekoriert, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Besonders hervorzuheben: der perfekt zubereitete Avocado-Toast mit Ei Benedikt – einfach ein Traum! Auch der Kaffee war richtig lecker und wurde freundlich serviert. Die Lage ist zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht, hier kann man wunderbar entspannen. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist stilvoll und sehr schön abgestimmt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder!
