Lovely little hotel bit difficult to find as tucked away behind the Renault dealer and Google Maps tries to take you via a road that doesn't exist. Staff friendly and the rooms were clean. The only downside was that there were no coffee facilities in the room and the main seating area in reception closed at 9pm when the staff leave so nowhere to sit and chat etc.

L"Hotel est situé à 4km du centre de Arras il y a un grand parking l'hôtel est propre le personnel a l'ecoute le petit-déjeuner est copieux avec un large choix les chambres sont confortables et propre ..on a apprécié la cireuse à chaussures je recommandes

Belle chambre,salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle aucun bruit la nuit personnel aimable, le petit déjeuner est complet, la boîte pour les cartes de la chambre sont impeccable quand on arrive après 20h, petit plus avec la barraque à frites avant d arriver sur l hotel

Quelle déception à mon arrivée... lors de ma réservation, j'ai été séduit par la présentation de l'hôtel, l'élégance des photos... bref, rien de tout cela en réalité : un hôtel vétuste, des moquettes "dégueulasses" (pas d'autres mot désolé !). Un petit point cependant "moins négatif" pour le petit petit-déjeuner qui aurait pu être pire compte tenu du lieu. Mon message peu flatteur n'a pas pour objectif de casser l'hôtel mais d'alerter ses propriétaires et gestionnaires. Mesdames, Messieurs comment osez vous ??!!!
