The absolute worst hotel / inn that I had ever stayed. I reserved 13 nights based of FAKE reviews on Trip.com. I had to leave the next day ! *********** near by Dirty, unsealed doors and mosquito comes in. I got back 1/2 of my money thanks thanks to Trip.com. But if it was not for trip.com fake fake fake referrals, I would have never stayed there from the first place
I found local hotels , same money 10 times better , which are not listed on Trip.com
Anybody who believe the fake recommendations and ratings of trip.com , *********** is an *****. I must say that trip.com is 10 times better than ***********

I'm a Japanese woman traveling with a friend to Arusha and stayed here for two days. Arusha was very safe, and the people were very kind.
The owner of Raha Leo Inn was very kind from check-in to check-out. We stayed for two days, and he checked if we needed breakfast in the morning and prepared it right away. We were also planning to travel to Dar es Salaam after our stay, but we hadn't yet booked our express bus, so he recommended an express bus company the day before we left. This was very helpful, as we weren't sure what to do.
Our room was a single-story building on the first floor and was just the right size for two people. Amenities included toilet paper and hand soap. There were no bugs, and the bed and interior were clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi was available. The hotel's exterior and lobby were very stylish, which I really appreciated.

スタッフの方が温かく迎えてくれて、とても親切で素晴らしかったです！ウェルカムドリンクに朝食に素晴らしいサービスでした。部屋は値段相応です。トイレは少し狭かったけど、まあいいでしょう！とにかくスタッフの温かさと笑顔が全てです。立地も歩いて色んなところに行けます！チェックアウト後に荷物も快く預かってくれました。感謝です。

We stayed here before and after our safari. It is a wonderful place. Three rooms are great and the breakfast fantastic. Mwinyi was the perfect host - he was friendly, helpful and did all he could to make our stay as great as possible. He even taught us some Swahili! Highly recommended. Dinner tip - go to Mboga 7 around the corner, it has some really great, cheap local dishes.

The price was very fair in the middle of the city.
The only concern was the toilets. They are clean but the knees touches the wall when sitting on the toilets
