Overall average experience. The bathroom condition was not very good and the cleanliness. See the attached pictures. No WiFi service. Not value for the money. Amenities were not very good.
On average staff were helpful apart from some of them.

Just overly poor. Reception staff unable to resolve issues and to speak to a agent costs per minute to be placed on hold for over 8 minutes.

We stayed in April 2025. The hotel itself was largely clean however dated in areas. The heating in our room had been left on high, and this made the room particularly uncomfortable. We stayed in a family room, and were supplied with one pillow each. This was uncomfortable for us all. We asked at reception in the evening for more pillows, but we were advised that there were no more pillows in the hotel. We then asked what time breakfast was served. The chap on the desk had no idea what day of the week it was, and seemed completely disinterested and confused. We had the worst nights sleep, and we all felt drained. We hoped breakfast would pick us up. This was poorly stocked and very bland at 820am. We visited the hotel restroom, off the dining area. This evidently had not been cleaned and excrement lined the bowel, causing me to heave. I would say that that the two people on duty in the morning, were jovial and helpful.
