The hotel owner is very welcoming and the environment is nice. You can see the Nile River on the road to the village. He helped to prepare a packed breakfast when we left home early in the morning and waited for us even when we checked in at midnight!

The service at the reception was good and I had a comfortable stay. The value for money was good and the rooms were relatively clean. The village itself didn't have much to see, and the roads along the way were unpaved. I think it might have been more convenient to stay near the Aswan station. The staff were responsive and answered my questions via WhatsApp, which was nice.

The lady at the front desk is really nice🫶She will come to tell you personally that there is a free tour, give you gifts and prepare breakfast for you. The room is very new, but the hotel is a bit far away. The facilities are all right, but the water is not very hot, it is warm water. Overall, the service is five stars 🫶~

I was surprised that there are such kind people. All the staff at this hotel are kind. To be honest, I was very sad because I caught a bad taxi on the way to the hotel. However, the hotel staff saw me and encouraged me, and provided the best service. They told me a lot about Nubian Village, which made me very happy. This hotel is on the bank of the Nile River. The owner is very friendly and treats Chinese people very well. He gave us four glasses of freshly squeezed blueberry juice as soon as we entered the door. He was very enthusiastic and gave us a small gift when we left. The room was not as bad as their pictures show. It was actually quite good and clean. Maybe they don't advertise it.

The other two guys are average in English, but their attitudes are very enthusiastic. The hotel includes breakfast, but we have to leave for Abu Simbel at 6 o'clock in the morning, so we thought we wouldn't bother. As a result, when we went downstairs at 5:30, the concierge handed each of us a bag with packaged bread, cakes and drinks in it, which was convenient for us to eat on the road. I was instantly moved. This service is really thoughtful😭 The only regret is that the location of the hotel is relatively remote. In the Nubian area on the west bank of Aswan, it is easy to get lost even with navigation. In addition, the road conditions are not good, and the driver may get stuck halfway, so it may be difficult to get a taxi. We relied on the front desk guy to constantly give directions to the driver on the phone twice to get it done.

The location is a bit remote, but the hotel is very clean, the scenery is beautiful, and the boss's service attitude is very good. It's very comfortable and safe to stay. There is a Nubian Village nearby which is suitable for shopping.
