"Wonderful service - guard and porter at the front, efficient front desk, upgraded to a Nile room. Pool side was great with a view of the Nile, plenty of chairs and fresh towels,  although bar staff sometimes a little slow on drink and food refills this could be forgiven Buffet breakfast had a good selection including eggs made to order, staff very attentive Dinner selection was OK but again great service "

"The scenery from the room is fantastic also the room is spacious but the way to hotel is so dangerous and have no main road uneasy to walk to the main road. The service is excellent, I've requested the birthday celebration for my husband and they decorated our room including the birthday cake! If you order room service or even have the meal at the restaurant and need to pay by card, they charge more 5% for the transaction fee."

"Located in the middle of a Nubian village, this hotel is very different to the polished world of resorts and cruise ships that most tourists will see when they come to Aswan. There is a market in the area where you can buy spices, teas, and jewelry. The aesthetic and vibe of the place is bright and colorful, the people are super friendly and there are a lot of camels. Nubian Palace is not just a hotel, but also a coffee shop and restaurant. The food is AMAZING! They even packed us a breakfast box for our early morning flight."

"We had an absolutely AMAZING TIME! From our airport pick up (which I recommend). Even though it was 2am we were still greeted with fantastic Hibiscus tea from Edres he was fantastic. We were shown around even at that time. In the morning we asked for a call to see the sunrise and that was fantastic as well. In the morning we had a great typical breakfast and then a fantastic tour as well. Rowan and Aya also were wonderful. I would recommend this place to see the true Aswan and tour the Nubian Village. Also, the lunch was fantastic as well. Next time we want to spend more time. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay."

"Facilities: Excellent. The rooms are located on higher ground with flowerbeds outside. The hotel has its own restaurant; the grilled fish and rice is delicious! Breakfast is a bit simple, but the service is excellent. Cleanliness: Very clean. Even a grain of rice on the floor was cleaned up by the staff when settling the bill. Environment: You can see Philae Temple in the distance. This is a huge plus for those who have seen too many temples to take a boat trip to see them again. Service: Excellent! The owner and chef are very attentive. Upon arrival, they inquire about the next day's itinerary and flight schedule, arranging the boat in advance. If you want to return after exploring Aswan city, it's recommended to contact the hotel half an hour in advance to arrange a boat pick-up. For the taxi location to the hotel's boat dock, I suggest using InDrive or Google Search for ”benben hotel taxi spot”—local drivers will know it. For this price and view, there's really nothing to complain about. I recommend watching the sunset directly from the hotel and not going into Aswan city. My biggest regret this time was going through all that trouble to take the sunset sailing trip at the Old Falls Hotel. It wasn't as beautiful as sitting in the hotel restaurant and watching the sunset. It's a pity I missed it."

"Okay, so the Basma Executive Club was really lovely. The service was genuinely great – everyone was so helpful and friendly, which made a big difference. The facilities were also top-notch. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool with its amazing view of the Nile, and the executive lounge was a nice perk. My room was comfortable and had a fantastic view too. Overall, it was a really pleasant and enjoyable stay in Aswan."
