Concierge Downtown

We had a terrible time here. There was a party being hosted at the room in front of us and the music was blasting through professional speakers with a DJ and people coming in and out until 4am. At 4am we decided to leave the hotel and go to the airport, the party was still going strong. Couldn’t sleep or even sit in peace.

Not a good experience Okay, to begin with, the pictures on the website have nothing to do with reality. The room was at least clean, but the standard much lower than what the pictures are showing. The owner was very difficult to reach and did not respond to written messages despite several attempts. The appartment is difficult to access in the evening when the nearby shops (that use the same entrance) are closed, because the front door to the building is locked and you need a code to get in, which is impossible to get when the owner is hard to reach. Phone call is the only way to get in touch, but it takes several attempts to reach them. The written messages on my way appartment, were never responded despite several attempts hours before the check-in. I wouldn't recomend anyone visiting Athens, to go and live here.

I gave the staff a low review as there isn’t any staff here, but to me it wasn’t required. If you’re good with self check in and outs and want to just do your own thing, this spot is perfect! Giant rooms, walkable to all major monuments, lots of restaurants and night life

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The listing says there is AC, but none of the AC works. AC was a need as we stayed here in the summer when it was 40°C, so we wanted a property that had AC. When I confronted the property about the AC problem, they completely lied and said that they went into the room the next morning and the AC was on. Terrible dishonest management!!

You pay what you get for so it’s a good option if you’re wanting to save. The main problem was the AC. Athens is 35C so a barely working air conditioning was far from ideal

It was meant to have a pull out couch/bed which we couldn’t find. Spoke to one of the cleaner that spoke to the owner, she didn’t care was meant to call back but didn’t. Greedy and lazy management that rent out horrible rooms that are very average.
