What a fabulous place to stay. The couple Hilary and Oliver were just fantastic. Every thing was clean and they made us feel just like we were home. Great location and superb service!!! Love it!

My wife and I stayed in the B and B for 2 nights. The accommodation is excellently positioned just a short walk to shops and restaurants. It benefits from good off street car parking. Reception on arrival was very friendly and we were shown to our room on the first floor. Note there is a spiral staircase to the next floor which we were pleased we did not have to carry suitcases up. Room 3 is very small with a minute shower room. The large bed is very comfortable. There is a small wardrobe and side drawers either side of bed. Breakfast has a good choice and the staff happy to chat. The room was cold with the heating not coming on till late in the afternoon. Overall good value but not in my opinion 4 Star.

We were travelling through to Dublin and chanced across Athlone on the way. We were very lucky to find d this B&B. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and well equipped, and the shower was great! We had a great sleep in the very comfortable bed. The tea and coffee provisions were great. We ate across the street at the Dark Horse which was also just as good. Highly recommend both

We had a great stay here, there were a couple of problems on the first morning which we mentioned at breakfast and they were rectified there and then, so nice to see owners reacting so promptly. I was even called later in the day to see if all was okay as they wanted us to enjoy our week there. I have nothing but the highest praise for this B&B. We stayed in the apartment and it was immaculately clean. We tried the breakfast only the once as we were out and about early but the breakfast was very nice indeed. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat. Thank you for a great stay.

Fabulous apartment's staff are so friendly and helpful great town I'd really recommend staying here as the people who run the apartment's are lovely and so welcoming and great for kids and there's loads to do in the town also.

Booked a 2 night stay for three couples for my boyfriends’s 30th birthday. A lady called me to take the deposit and advised me that we’d be in a 3 bedroom apartment. I then received a call on Saturday morning asking what time we’d arrive and was advised that we instead have a 2 bedroom apartment and one of the couples will be staying in a B&B which is a 1 minute walk up the street. I was annoyed by this and when I queried it I was told “I don’t know why she promised you that” and no attempt was made to find us a 3 bed apartment. Turns out the 2 bed apartment had enough beds to sleep 6 but we were not told this so ended up booking an extra room for no reason. I don’t see why we were promised something and did not receive it and unapologetically at that!

Central location within walking distance to everything. Lovely clean, well presented, friendly place to stay. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and accomodating. We only had a room and no breakfast as we didn't realise when booking through *********** that this was additional and not included. Overall a very lovely place to stay.

Un sitio excelente. Super cómodo, céntrico, amplio y con todas las facilidades. Camas muy cómodas, salón, cocina muy bien equipada, lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, tetera, horno. Todo limpio y muy bien gestionado. Todos han sido muy amables y resuelven cualquier duda rápido y eficaz.
