Swimming pool is pathetic . Their timings are from 7 am . My entire family went at 7 for swimming . Kids were excited . Only to find pool filled with last night party of plastics , napkins, food and litter , granules . They didn’t bother to clean it before the pool open timing . After calling them , still they didn’t bother . We went after an hour to check and it was still same . My entire family booked radisson only for 3 nights as it has pool facility and kids can have a good time in summer vacations but first morning experience itself was spoiled . We made the kids get up early but no use . After sun comes up there is no point of swimming . Not recommended for family at at . Even after an hour or so when we went up around 8:30 , no staff was at pool and entire last night party stuff was lying down just like as it is .

Wonderful stay! Room was very clean and had nice amenities in the bathroom. Always plenty of bottled water and fresh glasses plus tea and coffee in room. The staff were very attentive and caring! Anand took great care of us for three days. Furniture and sheets were in great shape. The restaurant East West was really good…big selection at the buffet for breakfast! There is a shopping mall nearby with some American brand stores and even McDonald’s as well as a place to buy Indian spices to take home. Wonderful silk weaving studio right next door with really gorgeous shawls, scarves and wall hangings. Safe ATM right across the street too.

It was great time to be there in your hotel. I visited there with my friends on business trip. We liked the service and behaviour of staff very well. We enjoyed the meal and had a great time with friends. We would like to visit there again whenever we come to Varanasi.

Stayed for 3 days in Radisson Benaras and it was amazing. Location in Containment area which is i believe in center of city. Welcoming staff, good food,great cleaningness, Shout Out to Deepak ji the housekeeping guy, always on toes. Pool is not huge but appropriate sized. All in all a great stay with decent service

I really like the vibe of Radisson everytime I come here. The ambience of bar area is 🌟. The rooms are very well cleaned & quiet. Food is also very good. A good recommend stay for every business travel or couple stay. PS: they have shops in here.
