The staff is extremely humble, welcoming, and always ready to help. From the warm traditional welcome to the smooth check-out, the hospitality was excellent. The in-house restaurant serves good food, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Having personal parking in Varanasi is a huge advantage, and the option to arrive by boat through the Ganga makes the experience even more unique. "Trilok Residency is a guesthouse located very close to Dashashwamedh Ghat, one of the main ghats in Varanasi. My group was so satisfied with this place that we extended our stay from one day to a total of three days. Firstly, due to ongoing cable car construction, we had to walk to the guesthouse. Two staff members kindly met us and accompanied us, even helping with our luggage. They were incredibly friendly. Furthermore, Akash, the owner, provided our group with free bottled water twice. Beyond that, he gave us an introduction to Varanasi's main tourist attractions and ghats, ***** with very useful tips. He advised us on the best routes and shared valuable information to help us avoid being overcharged. Above all, Akash is extremely friendly. He was always hospitable and went out of his way to ensure our group was comfortable. If you're coming to Varanasi, this guesthouse is definitely worth visiting!"

"This is considered a popular hotel, but it wasn't as good as I expected. The high tide flooded the road and stairs in front of the main entrance, making it inconvenient to get in and out. Cars couldn't drive there, and you had to walk a bit. Although there were staff members to help with the luggage, it was still very inconvenient. The service itself was very satisfactory and impeccable."

Coming to the hotel review - we booked a premium room with double occupancy and the hotel provided exactly the same room which was shown in pictures. The amenities, food, overall experience is awesome. Again shout out to Mr Shailendra who helped us all the time during our stay, making it even more worthwhile. I highly recommend this hotel, for family, friends and anybody who want to have a great hospitality experience. It's a little bit away from the Ghats, but whoever wants to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the Ghats, it's a perfect place. It's very near to Varanasi Junction. Overall, this hotel will be in my topmost position if I ever plan to visit Varanasi again."

You can walk to the attractions If you want to spend most of your time by the Ganges or walk around the alleys and markets You can save a lot of time on calling a taxi, traffic jams, and traffic Unfortunately, there is constant traffic in the morning and evening, and you can still hear the horns when you sleep (I am used to it, so I still sleep as usual) The shower water is too hot and it is a bit difficult to adjust the hot and cold water I personally suspect that the pillows, sheets, and quilts are not cleaned or replaced (Although there is no smell, there are stains) I forgot to report it to the hotel at the moment, maybe it can be replaced after reporting it The service and attitude at the counter are very good (maybe because they are foreigners) They will help call a taxi and are willing to provide bottled water Generally, the experience of staying here is still very good"
