The hotel is very clean and the Indians staying in autumn are also relieved with a wealthy impression. The location is a little far to the Ganges River, but there is no problem because you can call a taxi immediately

Hotel is overpriced. Rooms were fine. Service was average. They don’t have basic medicines for emergencies. Food was awesome. No variety, no taste, stale. Overall, would never recommend anyone to visit the hotel

From arrival to check-out, it was a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Ganges at no extra charge, and the service was impeccable. From the rooftop, we had a panoramic view of the Ganges, and enjoyed a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle and touts below. In the evening, they took us to the vicinity of the ghat ceremony by boat free of charge. We had to make our own way back to the hotel. Since the hotel is located near the Ganges, taxis cannot enter, so we had to drag our suitcases ***** the narrow streets, which made us a little nervous, but it wasn't a problem. We chartered a taxi on our way back, and the hotel staff even helped us get to the taxi. In the evening, we enjoyed momo (Nepalese food) and chai for our snack. Because it's a small hotel, the staff remembered our faces and treated us like family. This is a hotel I would definitely like to visit again.

Hi I recently stayed with The Amayaa which was a comfortable experience. Location was suitable as it was well known in the neighborhood and to get local rikshaw/cab help. Rooms were maintained and staff was polite. Food was another highlight which ensured a satisfying experience

This four-star hotel is located in a calm area a little far from the hustle and bustle of Varanasi, with very clean facilities and essential amenities. It's a bit pricey when illuminated by the market price in the area, but you can definitely have a comfortable stay. Recommended for those who want to send a comfortable trip, the customer service of Mr. Alpita and Mr. Priya was very polite and we were able to have a more comfortable stay.

It should be a local hotel chain brand in India. Some are old, the windows are floor-sealed, the taste is large, the breakfast is average, and the service is good. The surrounding environment of the hotel is as dirty and messy as other cities in India, and the traffic jam is also serious. Fortunately, it is not too far from the famous Ganges Dasawamedo River Altar and Shiva Golden Temple, and the taxi is only 5 yuan.

The hotel is cost-effective and the service is good, from the doorman to the rooms and restaurant. You can book cars and boats at the hotel, but it is more expensive than usual. The hotel is less than 4 kilometers from the river altar of the night festival, which requires a taxi. It is convenient to take a taxi. But Varanasi's road is really bad, and you must be mentally prepared.

Property’s property is OK, but be prepared to listen to Islamic prayers morning and evening. The rooms are much smaller than what is advertised. We had booked 3 rooms, they did not change the bed sheets pillow covers and duvet covers. After repeated reminders and lot of delay they freshened the room. Staff is courteous but the service was very slow.

The location of the hotel is excellent, super close to the Ganges River, and to the Ghat where the celebration of gratitude of the day takes place daily at 19:00 hrs. Room ta***ho good, service very cordial, Breakfast very weak. The highlight is really the location.

If you want to stay near dashashwamedh ghat, this guest house is good choice. But a little far from the market & mandir. Out of 5, i would give: location: 4, room cleanliness: 3. 5, service: 2. Good points: we checked in at night 2:30am (with full day booking of course, but no issues for room getting. Also, they allow us to put our trolley and other baggage after check-out time. Bad points: one bedroom, out of 3 room bookings, was given as two separate beds though we see the bed type written in booking was double bed. Also, they refused to do the room service everyday. They did for every alternate day. Another frustrating point is: every time you came from outside you need to ask the service team to switch on the air conditioner from their backend. Then only you can switch on from your room remote. Also, every day they miss at-least one room to provide the complementary water bottles. They provided the water bottles after asking only.
