Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und ist sehr preisgünstig! Die Hotelbesitzerin kümmert sich sehr liebevoll um ihre Gäste! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ruhig! Einziger Nachteil ist das Fehlen eines Lifts für gehbehinderte Personen ! Kann Hotel sehr empfehlen!

Das Zimmer war eng. Zwar war ein kleiner Tisch im Zimmer aber dadurch wurde es eher noch enger. Zwischen Bett und Wand nur wenig Platz. Das Bad mit WC war ausreichend groß, ohne Fenster und schlechter Entlüftung. Treppe zum OG steil und nur kleine Stufen. Frühstücksbuffet war eine Mangelverwaltung. Brötchen trocken, Brotauswahl gering. Ein Tag war nur noch 1 Brötchen für uns (2 Personen) am Buffet vorhanden. Einmal nach Marmelade gefragt, da diese leer war. Antwort: Morgen gibt es wieder welche. Qualität des Buffets insgesamt mangelhaft. Keine qualitativ hochwertigen Produkte. Nur Discounterware und Aufbackbrötchen, die überwiegend trocken und hart waren. Dabei gibt es doch in Bad Wildbach sehr gute Bäcker, bei denen es gute Ware gibt.
