Tulips season, expensive hotel room rate but this hotel does provides good rate during this season.
Many people check in at night with only 2 staffs helping for checkin + answering questions from hotel guests..: resulting super long waiting line
Good shuttle bus service
Breakfast is bad with limited choices
Overall , I stay here because of location ONLY

Very nice hotel with good facilities and services.
There are shuttle buses every half hour between the airport and the hotel. You can take the bus at the C13 stop which is under the bridge at the airport.

Unfortunately a bit of a poor experience. Check-in took almost 50 minutes incl. being given wrong room type.
Also the junior suite bookef was a bit in a poor condition; only one lounge chair, no extra table, shower was missing the door and saw some mold.
All you can eat was great, Skybar disappointing.
We had to wait quite long despite being hotel guests, the drinks took 45 minutes to arrive and after we couldn't order anymore.
All together great time with the family but personally I would not recommend to stay here unless you're flying early the next day.

We booked a 3 beds room in this hotel. The location is perfect if you aim for easy access to the airport. Hotel is clean, room was spacious, service and facilities are good. The room was lacking of hangers though, and when we asked for a few of them, it only arrived 3 (one for each? 😅). Could’ve asked for more but we didn’t wanna sweat it. In overall, we were happy with our stay.
