It is cheaper to pay directly at the front desk. You cannot pay by mobile phone. You need to use VISA card or cash. It is difficult to get a taxi in Bintulu. It is difficult to travel without a car. Remember to bring a swimsuit when you come.

Am a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up 👍
