優點：
比較滿意的一家酒店，價格合適，交通便利，酒店設施挺新的，旁邊有個歐藝，這個是新歐藝。住過那麼多酒店，隔音是酒店的通病，本酒店的隔音做的還不錯，首先是嵌入式的門口設計，其次是很厚的隔音棉地板，很大程度上解決了靜音問題。當然有素質的鄰居更重要。
缺點
唯一的瑕疵是熱水器，出水一陣熱，一陣冷，不穩定。 還有空調外機聲音較大，也是通病，晚上睡覺調成睡眠模式，可以解決。
