The hotel is a one of the best. You can be surprised if you need to make any changers of the booking. For example, my booking was made via trip.com and i needed to cancel the first night, i was advised that i can cancel all my booking without any cancellation fees but can't cancel only the first night.. Trip.com advised that it depends on the hotel, and the hotel advised that it depends on Trip.com. Nobody helped with it. Also if you have a late check in it is better to inform the hotel directly.

The room was OK, with a wide view. It was a little hot when the air conditioner was on, and a little cold when it was off. The breakfast was average. The location was good, and it was very convenient to go to the surrounding attractions. There was a medium-sized shopping mall next to it, where you could buy food. There was also a Chinese restaurant nearby, called Chinese Restaurant, about a 15-minute walk away.

Decided to pay a little extra and go with this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the gym is good 👍. Only downside was that the pool is either too cold or too windy. Given the fact that the main recent we booked it was for the pool, it is a shame that we didn’t get to swim much! Staff are very friendly.

I stayed here only for a night but it was one of the best stay in hotel I ever had. The room is so spacious, minimally decorated with modern design and clean. The bath tub is really big and can fit 2 person. All the staff I encountered were very nice and promptly answered my questions. The price is definitely high but its worth it

Unexpectedly, I also experienced service at the Baku International Travel Service Sheraton Hotel in Azerbaijan that is not inferior to Japan’s. Besides, the restaurant is also very good. The breakfast is rich in variety and the dishes are often changed. Every chef works conscientiously. They not only cook the dishes, but also pay attention to everything about the guests. When picking up the dishes, if you are not careful, the tongs will touch. Looking at the lighting above the dishes, the two chefs immediately adjusted the lights above the dishes. Among the breads, the croissant pie type is most recommended. It is freshly baked, crispy and very delicious. Of course, whole wheat and nut breads are also good. Mr. Murad from the restaurant also greeted us in Chinese, often came over to see what we needed, and then brought us hot coffee or tea. They are always paying attention to their guests and you can really feel their warm service. Regarding towels, mineral water, slippers, etc., call the front desk, and the handsome guy from the room service will bring them immediately, very fast. I stayed at the Baku International Travel Agency Sheraton Hotel for eight nights. It is like this every time. It is very good. Stayed here for little over 2 weeks. Didn't enjoy the breakfast in the hotel, just not to my personal taste. The gym is much tiny than the photos shown, very limited equipments and not well maintained, ie. The cycling machine is faulty. Used the room service couple of times, the food was not reasonably priced for the quality. Daily housekeeping not consistent, I can tell the cleaner just empty the bin and changed the towels. However, I didn't see shower and basin area getting cleaned up during my over 2 weeks stay, as it gets dusty. Towels provided had marks on it sometimes. Overall, I think my experience here is subpar, personally, will not stay here next time.

Everything was super. The breakfasts were excellent, open buffet and the menu was ***et crowded. The hotel staff was very attentive and never left us alone. The room was ***et large, the beds were clean and comfortable. There was only a little car noise in the rooms at the front. Very close to the city, I recommend it to everyone.

The location is very good. I heard it is a very old hotel. I was inexplicably upgraded to a room that was super big. The gym can also meet my daily needs. The breakfast is perfect. The service is very good. They even sent coffee to me!
