AAnonymous UserOne of the best hotels we've been to (not just in Baku).
Excellent spa and pool.
Friendly and attentive staff who will fulfill any of your requests.
Excellent and varied breakfast, just 10/10!
And also dinner in the restaurant was great.
The downsides are the not very convenient location and the fact that we didn't get a massage because the staff at the spa was very busy, so it's advisable to book in advance.

- Good location. Not too far from city centre/ town area/ nice restaurants.
- Customer service was on par. The staff always greeted with a smile and provided help when needed.
- Relatively clean room and environment.
- Near a park with exercising equipment.
Cons:
- Breakfast was decent and was freshly prepared. However, it was a bit disappointing that they had the same layout and dishes throughout our 5-day stay. It would have been nice to see more breakfast options.

GGuest UserI was trying to organise a ferry across the Caspian Sea which is difficult to do, and they don’t speak English at the port. The staff at reception were very very helpful calling the port. Very helpful staff at reception

AArtyom PetukhovWhen I checked in I was told the door is broken so I could not open it with the electronic key and they'll open it, but it's gonna be fixed the next day. Of course it was never fixed and I had to ask the staff to open it for me every time. Felt REALLY awkward. Then some day some random woman (she was working here I believe) just opened my door and walked in while I was in my room at midnight, saw me, said sorry and run away. What was that I have no idea, but it kinda gives you an idea about their take on privacy. The TV was not working, because the cable was literally torn apart, the WiFi broke down several times and one time it was more than 24 hours. The showerhead was broken, the water from the shower never went the way it supposed to, but straight to the floor, the toilet was not really attached to the floor (thankfully it was attached to communications). With that being said, I still think the hotel is okay for the price, the room was nice, big and clean and had a personal balcony and the staff were really friendly.

GGuest UserIt's fine for a short stay, but don't expect breakfast. The floors here are high, and the second floor is equivalent to the third floor in China. It is recommended to stay in the ancient city, but the location here is also in the center, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the ancient city.
