"From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, the staff were absolutely first class. A lot of hotels boast good facilities, cleanliness, location etc. and this hotel ticks all those boxes easily, but it’s the service that always separates the best hotels from the rest. The team always went above and beyond to help me and did it without being prompted or asked. Little details like giving me a discount on the Grab app when I was booking my taxi back to the airport, helping me with my case and bags (despite being much smaller than me) I’m a 6ft 3 man, yet the staff, even the female ones, were taking my luggage from me when I arrived and left, I felt guilty. I had so many small, random requests and they always obliged, nothing was too much trouble. This is the perfect place to stay in Hanoi and I’d recommend to any traveler, whether solo or with family or friends, whether for business or on vacation, this place has everything you need. Also, the spa and laundry facilities are excellent, which is a massive bonus. Next time I’m in Hanoi, I’ll book here again, for sure!"

Level 9 is cafe and restaurant where you can enjoy the old quarter scenery as well as the busy traffic at the expressway while you having your breakfast. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Whenever we have questions or need help, we communicated through WhatsApp. There are hair salon, nails salon, massage salon nearby. The Hai San Seafood is located nearby just a 2 mins walk. There are 2 Convenient store GS25, Starbucks, Ramen shop, banh mi shop nearby. We are very happy with our stay at this hotel. Thank you Max, Jason and Bonnie."

It's located in the Old Quarter, about a 10-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, and also close to Train Street and the Cathedral. Breakfast was decent, and there are plenty of restaurants and massage parlors nearby."
