I've been a long time customer in this hostel, every time I visit Vietnam I always booked here. It's been a long time since I last stayed here and I love the new ambience, the room locker is a game changer it's more comfortable to stay knowing that your belongings are secured. Kudos to all the staff, very friendly and accommodating, I really appreciate how they asked you if you need anything once you enter the receiving area tired and beat from outside bustle 😂 Thank you guys.

Hanoi Airport Early Morning Flight Accommodation Recommendation | VATC SleepPod Terminal 1 (★★★★★) This time, I had an early morning domestic flight and didn't want to rush to the airport from the city at 2 or 3 AM, so I chose to stay at VATC SleepPod Terminal 1. I can truly say, it was a decision well worth it! ✅ Located on the 3rd floor of Terminal 1 (T1) at Hanoi Noi Bai Airport, it's just a few minutes' walk to the domestic check-in counters, which is incredibly convenient for those with early morning flights. Although the room is a capsule hotel style, it was much more comfortable than I expected. It was clean and tidy, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, power outlets, and a reading light all available. The bed was also very comfortable, and the soundproofing was good enough for a few hours of proper rest. Its biggest advantage is getting extra sleep without having to fumble around in the dark from the city in the middle of the night, and no worries about traffic jams or not being able to find a taxi. After waking up, you can walk a few minutes to check-in, making the whole trip much more relaxed. The only minor drawback is that there's no private bathroom in the room; you need to use the airport terminal's public restrooms. However, if it's just for one night to catch an early morning flight, I think it's completely acceptable. The dorm room felt like a Japanese capsule hotel. The mattress was very comfortable and clean, and fresh towels were provided daily. The staff were kind and attentive, even allowing us to store our luggage for free after check-out. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator.

The room is spacious and beds are really comfortable. There were just 2 of us at the time so it was kinda peaceful. Rooftop area had a cute view of the city and this is where breakfast is served. Really enjoyed my stay plus the reception is very welcoming and kind. First time solo backpacking here!

As a dormitory-style accommodation, I'd rate this facility around 95 points. This is due to its user-friendly operational setup, the ease of communication in English, and the sufficient provision of basic services like luggage storage. However, there are a few points to note, which I'd like to share below. Firstly, the bunk beds are showing their age. While individual perceptions may vary, some caution is needed when using the upper bunk. The beds have a pipe frame structure, which meant stepping on the ladder put a significant strain on my feet, and sitting down caused noticeable swaying from side to side and front to back, indicating structural instability. That said, this can be somewhat mitigated by users' own ingenuity and isn't a fatal flaw. However, a more practical issue was the stability of the power outlets installed within the bed. Although both Type A and Type C plugs could be used, the connection was extremely unstable. Specifically, when only a Type A plug was used, it frequently disconnected on its own. Consequently, smooth charging during the night was not possible, which was undeniably a source of stress. In summary, while there are some complaints regarding the bed-area facilities, considering the overall accommodation fee and location, I believe this is a facility well worth considering, hence this rating. [Addendum] Large luggage must be placed in the designated luggage area. However, this area does not have any locking mechanisms. Therefore, I strongly recommend bringing your own simple locking devices, such as a padlock.

This is a great hostel and it was a relaxing spot to wrap up a memorable trip in Northern Vietnam. It was an easy 10 minute walk from the Hanoi Train Station after returning from Ninh Binh. The mattress was soft and space was very clean. The 4th floor common space was a great spot to read/work/relax. The staff were very kind and helpful. I look forward to coming back here.

I'm currently staying in a dorm room. It's cramped, humid, and poorly ventilated, so it's really only good for sleeping. The Wi-Fi works well. The shower room... it's dirty. I only stayed one night because it was so cheap (around 6,000 KRW), but I won't be coming back. The Chinese guests in the same room are incredibly noisy. Even now, they're watching something without headphones. I don't understand why they're not using headphones when other people are trying to sleep.

Greeted by the cutest host (see picture below). Had a package delivered from Hoi An - the host received it for us and kept us updated- very helpful via WhatsApp. Cute coffee place just outside :) needed a place near airport, so the perfect location!

Can trip.com help this hotel improve when it comes to cleanliness so that no one will be a victim of insects and at least what we paid for is worth it. I cant imagine myself on my stay in this hotel that I jumped out from my bed because the rat pass near my forehead while I was just resting and because of this I was awake until morning. They transfer me to another room but cant still sleep due the noise near my room. They transfer me again for the 3rd room,but I just really survived on my 3rd day because I get tired of telling them. On the third room,there is a fly, ants and other small insects. I dont know how they clean. So traumatic experience with the mouse,in my whole life,first time I experience rat crawling near my forehead and even the rat enjoy big bite on my bread that I place in my bag. Please trip.com,help this hotel improve if possible because I like to book hotels and flights thru trip.com.I was not able to take photos of the rat because of my nervousness that time.

I stayed here for 10 days and paid around $81 total, which is definitely a good deal if you're on a tight budget. However, the room was very small (around 4 meters wide) with only a small bed and a very thin topper instead of a proper mattress. After staying for 10 days, my back started to hurt from sleeping on it. My room was also on the 5th floor, and the narrow stairs made going up and down a bit inconvenient, especially after a long day. There is a place to shower and use the bathroom, so basic needs are covered, but overall the conditions felt quite basic and somewhat uncomfortable. In my opinion, this place is okay if you only need a cheap stay for 1–2 nights and don’t mind sacrificing comfort — I’d rate it around 6/10. But for a longer stay, I would recommend spending a little more money on a better place if you want a more enjoyable and comfortable travel experience.
