We initially booked the Grand Suite for 3 days and 2 nights before heading off on a Ha Long Bay cruise, then returned to Classyc for the remainder of our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with cold towels, welcome drinks, and snacks—such a refreshing and thoughtful touch after traveling. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond. Arthur personally escorted us to our room and even checked in with us later that evening via message to ensure everything was perfect. We were also welcomed with chocolates in the room, which made the experience feel even more personal. It’s the little touches that truly set this hotel apart. We received complimentary wine vouchers, spa discounts, and consistently warm, attentive service at every interaction. When we returned from Ha Long Bay, it genuinely felt like we were coming home. Walking into our new room to find a heart-shaped chocolate mousse cake and a handwritten welcome-back note from the team was such a thoughtful and memorable surprise There was also a moment that really reflected the hotel’s integrity and commitment to guest satisfaction. We had booked a signature spa package, not realizing it wasn’t included in the 20% discount promotion. While we didn’t raise any concerns, the staff proactively followed up the next day at breakfast, apologized for the confusion, and extended the discount to us anyway. We were genuinely touched by this gesture—it spoke volumes about how much they care about their guests’ experience. On our final day, we had some time to spare before our flight. After exploring the city, we returned to the hotel and the staff kindly offered us access to the spa facilities so we could freshen up before heading to the airport—an incredibly thoughtful and appreciated gesture. They also arranged a luxury transfer for us, complete with comfortable seats and even a massage function, which made the journey that much more enjoyable! As we were leaving, one of the staff members surprised us with a beautiful ceramic wind chime symbolizing positive energy and good luck. It was such a meaningful and heartfelt farewell, and a perfect end to an already unforgettable stay. A few additional highlights worth mentioning: - A great breakfast spread with plenty of variety - A lovely rooftop pool area to unwind - Reno Bar downstairs, which became one of our favorite spots in Hanoi—fantastic cocktails, delicious bar snacks, a cool retro vibe, and great music. During our visit with some friends they even surprised us with a complimentary tray of shots! Classyc is more than just a hotel—it’s an experience defined by genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and heartfelt service. We’re already looking forward to our next trip to Hanoi, just so we can stay here again!

We had an impeccable experience at the JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi. The value for money is excellent; you truly feel like you're staying in a palace while enjoying reasonable prices. Even the most basic rooms are spacious, elegant, and equipped with high-quality amenities, especially very comfortable bedding and linens. The common areas are magnificent and perfectly maintained. Whether it's the pool, the spa, breakfast, or the various restaurants, all the services offered are top-notch. The food and drinks are also excellent, both at breakfast and in the hotel's different establishments. We were particularly and pleasantly surprised by the staff's attitude. Every team member demonstrates great hospitality, a genuine sense of service, and a lot of kindness. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure the stay runs perfectly. Between the small touches, kind words, and warm conversations, each guest truly feels unique. The hotel is slightly away from the center, but it's still very easy to reach the city center and the historic district. I highly recommend this establishment!

recently stayed at Hanoi Solis Hotel 3 and overall had an average experience. The location was very convenient, close to many attractions and easy to reach restaurants and shops, which made exploring the city much easier. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were generally polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit dated compared to more modern hotels I’ve stayed at. The amenities were basic but met my needs for a short stay. I felt that some areas of the hotel could use a bit of improvement, especially soundproofing and updates to the furniture and decor. Breakfast had a decent selection, but it lacked variety on some days, and some items could be fresher. Overall, it was okay, but not outstanding. In summary, Hanoi Solis Hotel 3 is a decent choice if you’re looking for a centrally located, budget-friendly stay in Hanoi. It does the job, but don’t expect anything luxurious or exceptional.

The hotel boasts an excellent location in the city center, allowing easy walking access to many of Hanoi's attractions. Opened earlier this year, it features a modern design and brand-new facilities. Their wellness center is a must-visit, with two pools. One is an outdoor rooftop pool, offering a fantastic resort-like vibe. The other, an indoor heated pool on the second basement level, is fully equipped and high-end, complete with a Jacuzzi and a meditation room. The service was attentive and enthusiastic; many of the hotel staff are young, and I felt a vibrant warmth from them. I'd like to extend a special thanks to HANNA, RACHELLE, and other staff members from the concierge team. They provided immense help during my stay, handling many things and making me feel right at home. They truly deserve recognition!

Stayed at Splendid Premium Hotel in Hanoi. Very good location - right in the center, near Hoan Kiem Lake, with many restaurants, cafes, and massage places around. Also close to the sightseeing bus stop and the water puppet theatre. Rooms depend on the category. Basic rooms may have a window facing an internal corridor, so no natural light or fresh air. Better to choose a room with a proper window if possible. The room had all essentials - kettle, tea, toiletries, clean towels, and comfortable beds. Shower drainage could be improved. Safe was provided upon request. Staff were very friendly and attentive - welcome tea, small snacks, and help with luggage. There is a rooftop pool (covered) and a lounge area. Overall, a good option for a short stay with strong location and good value for money.

Finding a hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter can be overwhelming, but I’m so glad I chose La Siesta. It exceeded my expectations – the staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms bright and spacious with comfy beds, an excellent shower, and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast on the 11th floor was delicious, and we also had Vietnamese fish for lunch there, which was outstanding. The view was great. With the 20% discount, the price was excellent for the generous portion and high quality. I highly recommend the restaurant!Truly one of the best hotels we stayed in Vietnam – I’d happily return and will recommend it to friends and family visiting Hanoi.

The location is convenient, about a 15-minute walk to the Old Town. The room was spacious and very clean, and the air conditioning worked great, keeping it cool. The shower pressure was excellent. The decor was very attractive. All the hotel staff were very polite and enthusiastic. The family room didn't have a window; if it had sunlight, it would be 100% perfect, but that's okay, it's acceptable.

Good points: The staff were incredibly helpful. The location was excellent, making it super easy to get around, especially for the weekend night market. Bad points: The air conditioning was weak, and the room was hot. The water pressure was also weak. Only hot water came out, so I couldn't cool down.

Rephrase nicely and polite please: the overall experience was good (close to the mart - reasonable price, pickball, tennis/table tennis/pool 8 balls/ and swimming on site) until s male receptionist named Hieu decided to go above and beyond to tell us that he needed to check the room. It was around 12ish. We showed him the booking via trip.com. it stated thay we have until 2pm to check out. He refused to accept it. I asked if i could speak to a manager, this big ego guy was adamant thay it will still be the same outcome and threatened if we dont check out now there will be additional fee cherged for late checkout. We went to see a manager and she confirmed indeed it was 2pm. His ego crashed and hid inside another room to get away from embarrassment. Then at 1.40pm we recieved a call from trip.com telling us that the hotel rang them to remind us to check out. We told trip.com that it was your plateform thay stated 2pm. This is well within the allowable time frame. We even told them the hotel manager confirmed it was 2pm check out. Why they simply take instructions from a guy named hieu seeking his little revenge without checking the facts. I was wondering about his motivation and why he picked on us...and how did he know we were to check out today..only a few reasons i could come up with and money is probably one of them. Later, at around 1:40 pm, we received a call from Trip.com informing us that the hotel had contacted them to remind us to check out. We clarified that our booking clearly allowed check-out until 2:00 pm and that this had already been confirmed by the hotel manager. It was disappointing that this follow-up occurred without verifying the situation properly. The situation left us feeling uncomfortable, particularly as there was no apology or clarification afterward—only a rather cold interaction. While the facilities and overall stay were enjoyable, this experience with staff communication and handling of the situation was disappointing. The hotel is quite far from the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. It's an older hotel. The rooms have a strong scent of air freshener (which I didn't find pleasant). The room was spacious but very sparsely decorated and lacked coziness. You shower in a bathtub. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good selection of both Western and Asian options. There's a small pool on the rooftop. The receptionist was super friendly, compliments to her! There's a spa in the basement, and all massages are 30% off. We had a foot massage, which was lovely, complete with an eye mask and a warm cherry pit neck warmer.
