The cleanliness is impeccable and the view is absolutely stunning. The location is also very convenient, with McDonald's, Starbucks, Jollibee, Circle K, and other fast food restaurants just across the street.

The room was quite clean, and I was pretty satisfied. The breakfast had a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the Vietnamese pho. The fruit was also good. The location was reasonably convenient, about 40 minutes to the airport.

Stayed for a short 8 hour layover, it took a while for the room to be ready, room lights switched off due to electrical breaker tripping off, adult swimming pool water was a bit murky compared to the kiddie pool

Everything was great, but I don't understand why they don't provide a water bill. This is the first time I've encountered this at a five-star hotel, and I've stayed in many countries.

The service itself was impeccable, but the facilities were really subpar. The hotel towels were so old, and the sofa's hygiene was appalling. I actually had to buy disposable bath towels from Miniso to use.

Everything is still within the ok fine stay at the suite.  Just that the air conditioning is inconsistent and the aircon is spoilt either too cold or not functioning.  The worst is the breakfast area where open kitchen makes the whole place stinks. I stayed for 10 days and everyday after breakfast the face and body becomes so oily that makes individuals all feels uncomfortable.  Ventilation too poor at breakfast area.  K
