Irresponsible reception staff. Don't trust them with your parcels.
I left a parcel with reception and instructed them clearly to hand it over to a courier whom I sent to pick up. Reception staff blantantly turned away the courier saying that there was no such parcel. Matter is still unresolved and this has caused me a massive waste of time to rectify this as I'm not in the country, and obviously monetary cost incurred because of the lapse in pickup and delivery.
This is a business hotel and yet such a simple task can't be done correctly for your business guests.

The hotel is quite good in this area of the UK, the environment is clean and tidy, and it is very close to where I am having a meeting. The hotel breakfast is very rich, but the disadvantage is that it does not change every day.
