Great stay, friendly staff and was well taken care of. Love the decor and our room.

In my view, Ritz Tianjin is the branch with the highest service level. ( i visited Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Beijing financial street and Beijing Huamao centre so far) 1. 3 days before arrival - The branch called me to confirm the number of visitors (couple + 7 month old); and the purpose of visit (wedding anniversary) 2. Upon arrival - We were greeted by friendly staffs whom helped us with our 3 luggages and they did it with a smile 3 Miss Freya Luo lead us to the check in and was explaining the restaurants and facilities of the branch 4. During stay, our garbage and room was cleaned up no less than 2 times a day (we only stayed 2 days) 5. Miss Freya, also helped us to arrange parcels (mainly infant diapers and napkins) to be sent to the hotel 6. The exterior of the hotel resembles a castle and its truly special The hotel is merely a room; the service provided by each of the staffs here makes this experience truly memorable Thanks again Freya!

Victoria suite is decent but it is a little bit weird there’s no TV in bedroom

Great breakfast, spacious rooms, excellent services and good location.

Maybe it's because I had high expectations, but I'm disappointed that it's a pretty old hotel. And the worst part was the smelling at our floor. Although the hotel changed rooms and was kind. But when I woke up in the morning, I had a headache because of the smell of the bathroom. The staff was really kind, perhaps because of the Ritz-Carlton service training. I recommend a renovation for the next step.

The hotel is grand - and old-world stately charm, feeling like from another era. If you want glitz and glam you will not find it here. The staff was quite pleasant, helpful and responsive on every level from doormen, front desk to cleaning. The breakfast was top notch with lots of nice offerings.

I originally booked a British deluxe suite, but because the view was the inner garden, I upgraded to a Carlton suite. The area is indeed very large, facing the street view, with a small balcony, and it was very comfortable to stay for six days. A small box of mineral water will be delivered every day, and the room has been cleaned after returning to the hotel from playing outside. 😊 All meals can be solved on the executive floor. Dinner has 5 or 6 hot dishes, some cold dishes and salads, fruits, cakes, bread, drinks and wine. There will be live food on the island every day, such as freshly made dumplings, Vietnamese rice noodles, freshly made hamburgers, etc. I think it is already very rich. It is recommended to eat breakfast on the 1st floor. There is still less food on the 9th floor. In addition to going to the Binhai New Area in Tianjin, the rest of the attractions are mostly in various corners of the city, and it is also very convenient to call a taxi. The Spring Festival in Tianjin was very leisurely and passed quickly.

Overall it's pretty good. I've always trusted Ritz-Carlton. I felt very good staying in Tianjin for one night. The bedding was very comfortable. The hotel's aesthetics were online and very beautiful. The only thing is that the toilet could have an extra trash can. I'm more used to having a trash can.

The Ritz in Tianjin has a very good reputation. After staying here this time, I felt that the experience was great. I also purchased the executive lounge treatment service with five meals a day. It was very worry-free. The dishes were very appetizing. The hotel decoration was magnificent. I took a lot of photos in the art corridor. It was very photogenic. I will choose it again when I come to Tianjin next time.

The room is in a typical Ritz-Carlton style. Thanks to the front desk lady for upgrading me to the executive floor at a relatively favorable price (I had several meals in the lounge 🤤). The location of the hotel is also very good, and the nearby streets are beautiful. I recommend everyone to stroll around before and after dinner.
