Hanoi Hotels with Airport Shuttle

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, nestled in the Old Quarter and just steps away from the Hoan Kiem lake and night market, yet without the usual restrictions on vehicle access. The highlight for me was the stunning pool and the sky bar, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire city. It’s a great spot to unwind and take in the beauty of Hanoi from above. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. They even arranged a hassle-free airport pickup for only $16, which was a great convenience. The only minor downside was some construction happening next door, but it didn’t significantly affect my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, excellent amenities, and incredible views!

It was my first time traveling to Vietnam. There were many things I was not used to. The most gratifying thing was that I stayed at Capella. The theme concept runs through every detail. Good design is pleasing to the eye. It was also nice to be in a daze in the hotel every day. It was indeed a bit noisy, but the service and design made me turn a blind eye.

Hotel rooms are beautiful, very clean and comfortable bed, especially Manager Ding Dong is super helpful and excellent service. We can ask anything from him to help us in Hanoi and Sapa! Staffs are friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was great, there are staffs will help you cook on the spot when we want to eat scrambled egg or Pho noodles. From hotel we can go to Train Street in 7mins walking distance, around the hotel there are many local food and drink. Many coffee shop to buy gifts for friends. Also you can take photos with beautiful Church. I recommend everyone to book the Splendid Grand Star hotel and experience yourself.

The hotel is very new, the room is spacious, there is a small balcony, and the facilities are sufficient. It is about a 20-minute drive from the old town. It is probably faster to take a motorcycle to the old town during the day. It is close to the West Lake, about a 15-minute walk. There are many coffee shops by the lake. It is not far from the Lotus Buffet. At the same time, because it is far from the old town, the one-day tour to Halong Bay generally does not provide pick-up and drop-off, and you have to go to the old town to gather by yourself. The hotel staff are very kind and patient, and the front desk English is also good, so there is no communication difficulty. (I don’t know if they can speak Chinese) The fragrance in the room is too strong, and the nose is a bit uncomfortable. If the doors and windows are open, there will be small flying insects at night. If they are not opened, the fragrance plus the smell of new furniture will be a bit uncomfortable. There are many dogs barking outside at night, especially loudly, and they keep barking for hours. There is also a wolf-like howling sound. I haven’t fallen asleep yet at 1:30 in the morning. (The staff said that it is not like this usually, but it was particularly strange on the day I went there, barking all night 😓)

The neighborhood also features several local eateries and cafes, enhancing the authentic experience. Such as a charming nearby bakery offering fresh pastries and coffee. Additionally, a nearby Circle K convenience store. With its modern facilities, excellent location, and warm, attentive staff, the hotel provides a stylish, convenient, and relaxing stay for travelers in Hanoi.

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was not the experience we were hoping for. The hotel’s facilities are quite old and don’t match the pictures shown online. The gym, swimming pools, and private pools were especially disappointing – they felt neglected and depressing. The whole place is in desperate need of an upgrade. One of the scariest moments during our stay was when we returned to our room and found the door to the room next door unlocked. The balcony was open, and there was something under the blanket on the bed. We were understandably alarmed, so we reached out to the staff, who told us it was under repair. A heads-up about this beforehand would have been appreciated to avoid the unnecessary panic. The bellman was the only staff member we saw doing most of the work, and he looked extremely tired. We genuinely hope the hotel isn’t understaffed and that they’re taking care of their employees. When we reached out to reception about minor issues, like not being sure if the shower head worked, it seemed like he was the only one dealing with everything. It’s clear the staff is overworked, which made the whole experience feel less enjoyable. Additionally, the heater for the shower wasn’t very warm, which made taking a shower uncomfortable. It’s frustrating when basic amenities like this aren’t functioning properly, and it added to the overall disappointment. On a positive note, the food at the hotel was excellent. They offer a variety of options, including Japanese, Hong Kong cuisine, a huge slab of cheese, and delicious Vietnamese dishes. If you’re staying here, the food is definitely something to look forward to. The hotel is also located a bit outside of the city center, so if you prefer a quieter and less busy environment, that’s a plus. However, considering everything, I don’t think I would recommend this hotel, especially given the issues with the facilities, staff workload, and room conditions. There are definitely better options out there for the price.

There is only good things to say about this accomodation. From the facilities to the service and hospitality - everything was beyond our expectations. Our 3D 2N stay was a memorable one due to the exceptional, polite and professional hospitality provided by all of the hote staffs. The lady manager in charge was very diligent, proactive and brimming with politeness. In addition, the receptionist even went as far as sharing places to go based on his personal experience and recommendations. Talk about a good local guide. The food was delicious and the in-house spa services and massages were amazing. Apart from that, even the bellboy help us to secure a parking spot throughout the night for our rented bike despite not having any direct parking space available at the hotel. This allowed us a peace of mind over bike theft. Overall, the highlight of this establishment would be the excellent service quality and hospitality that makes one feel at home - literally. The location is strategic within the old quarters whether you are travelling on foot or on a bike,. I would highly recommend this hotel and surely will be back here again on my next trip.

Nice service, very comfortable stay at the hotel. Located at a convenient location. Chocolate hour was nice, but should be given more publicity and could be introduced during check in at the front desk, bet a lot of guests don’t know about it. The pool was clean and everything was nice. Breakfast was excellent, and all staff were friendly. Totally worth a recommendation for friends who are visiting Hanoi.

It was an incredible experience. This is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in terms of hospitality and communication. The staff is really helpful and are always trying their best to make sure you have a confortable stay. The room is clean and spacious enough. The location is great , not too far from old quarter and close enough within walking distance from other attractions. You can also always get a grab to go wherever you want and it will not take too much time. I never tried the breakfast while I stayed there so I can not comment on it but the laundry is free to use. Overall , I will definitely reccomend to anyone staying in hanoi to stay here , you will definitely have a confortable stay and worth your money.

Location is not good, but all the others were excellent! Foods are delicious, Services are touching enough, and facilites are convenient to use. And room condition was so good. If I visit Hanoi one more time, I will book this hotel without any doubt.
